Death always seems to lead me back here. I thank my former nurse's latest efforts for proving that theory for me.

Wait a sec. I've heard of you. Someone spoke about you, once. For the life of me, can't remember which one of the doctors it was. But by what they said, I think I see their point.

The point being if you are indeed insane and not fit for your duties, we may have a problem. We don't need some psychotic doctor treating patients.

Sanity or no, I remain one of the best doctors on Cybertron. I would not dismiss me so quickly.

Then again, you are organic, so my services will be of no use to you regardless.

Wait, so - say you've got yourself a psychopath locked up in an asylum who eats the metal flesh of his kind... but he's a damn good doctor, so eh, let 'im out. I mean, is that something that would happen? Has it happened?

There's a line between taking risks and just being reckless.

You're not exactly reassuring me much here, Pharma. You didn't exactly deny any psychosis or other. So, yeah, you're gonna have to forgive me for being a bit dismissive of you welding scalpels and lasers around patients.

And if you haven't already guessed by now, it's not me I'm worried out. I'm receiving tutelage from Red Alert. I can't do much but the basics, but a patient is a patient. Robot, human, Vulcan, talking pony unicorn, I don't care. They deserve the best treatment by a stable, focused mind.
