I still think that mandatory monthly checkups should be implemented within the Haven. While I don't think we would be able to foresee things like the pillar or other such events happening, I know it will help in other matters. If your name starts from anywhere between A-N, then I would appreciate it if you came to the medical bay for a checkup within the next two weeks.

I can't help but feel as though the medical bay is extremely disorganized. If you don't mind, I would like to discuss creating a schedule of some kind for all of us, as well as figuring out some basic rules for all of us to follow. Also I believe us medics should have a place on the committee, considering our importance to the community on the whole.

I'd like it if we could discuss this.

Later tonight you'll get a polite ping from a certain jet medic waiting outside. There was probably a time when clandestine meetings would remind him of romantic things, but nowadays it just reminds him of having to sneak off to meet with Tarn.]

[Thankfully Red Alert doesn't have romantic things on the processor, there are other, more important, issues she wants to deal with. Issues better left talked about in abandoned rooms. She meets him outside and indicates with her good hand for him to follow. He's certainly an... interesting, person up close.]

[She says quietly as they walk through the halls. There's a vague fear that she'll run into someone who might not be fond of Pharma, but she reminds herself that there really aren't a lot of bots staying here right now, so it shouldn't be a problem.]

[Though she's leading the way, Red Alert keeps her head slightly turned so as Pharma is always in her sights. She's not completely sure how she feels about being here with him in person. He's not... unattractive, nor does she find his voice displeasing.

She reminds herself to stay focused.]

[He looks straight ahead, except for the occasional glance, smiling when he catches her looking.]

I am aware of that. It's a shame and a waste of professional talent.

[He beams when she mentions his skill, shoulder height subtly rising with pride.]

Project? How interesting. I'd love to hear the details.

Without the matrix, it sounds impossible. But here...? Perhaps not. Do you have an idea of how to start?

[He doesn't ask her what for, he's too excited at the prospect of doing something no doctor has ever accomplished. A true opportunity to 'play god'.]

I have a few ideas. I would need test subjects and a lab... neither of which I have. Right now.

[The lab might be attainable... but she'll have to ask someone for it.]

[He clasps her hands suddenly.] Yes! Oh yes, it been so long since I've gotten to work on something worthy of my skills. This is the kind of thing I live for~ [He says, looking her straight in the optic as a thrill runs up his backstrut.]

[As usual, Red Alert doesn't know how to react to such excitement. How does the average bot even manage to get excited? She holds herself with such cool professionalism that being passionate about something is quite foreign to her.]

There is one other I want to ask about this project. I imagine that he can provide us the lab and isolation we need.

But you believe that it can be done?

[Before the Delphi incident gifted him his tenuous grip on sanity, Pharma had felt much the same way. It was unprofessional to get excited, or at least to show it so overtly. But it doesn't bother him now- being a little crazy has given him a new sense of freedom.]

Of course, isolation is important. My offer for a lab at Liege's still stands though if there is any difficulty.

[He finally lets her hands go, putting one to his chin and nodding.]

I believe that if it can be done- I am the one who can do it.

[He's lucky that she even allowed his touch. Had he been anyone else, she would have fiercely told him off. She gives no indication that the contact flustered her, instead allowing her hand to drop out of his when he lets go. By the allspark, why would she let him get this close?

Her spark beats a little faster than usual, but her expression and voice remains as cold as ever.]

I will begin the preparations then. Once I get a confirmation, or denial, about the lab, I will contact you and we can get started. I look forward to working with you, Pharma.

And I you. [He puts a hand on his chest over his spark and sighs.] It's so nice to have a partner with such lofty ambitions. While I can certainly handle everything myself, it just isn't as much fun without someone to observe.

[Red Alert's optics narrow dangerously. She is not used to being talked down to, and boy does she not appreciate it. She takes a step forward and points a finger directly at his nose.]

I will most certainly do more than just observe, Pharma. I am a skilled surgeon in my own right, and I will not be spoken down to like that!

[Her scowl deepens and she lowers her hand.]

Keep your arrogance to yourself, I have no need for it.

[Pharma barely manages not to cross his optics to look at her finger.]

I did say 'partner', did I not?

[He responds, raising his hands in a placating manner. Man, since when is it not appropriate for a doctor to be arrogant?]

In fact, I'd love a demonstration of your skills sometime before we start.
