I'm sure he's quite capable, Mr. Sentinel Prime. It's just that, by the same token, no one needs to feel driven to prove themselves because someone seems to have already decided they can't, instead of simply being allowed doing their job and let that speak for them.

Organics tire out at the best of times, and I can't imagine a tiny one would be any different. Would it even be worth him coming into the headquarters until it wears off? I mean, I'm not about to stop him working himself to exhaustion if that's what he wants.

. . . one or even a few aren't really representative of an entire race.  I've worked around and with humans my entire existence so far.  There are some who have trouble at times, but most are fully capable of handling whatever job they've been set to do.

  Give them another chance, Sentinel.  You may find your first impression isn't wholly accurate.
