[Video/Action?]

[The video that clicks on is an odd one. The signal would indicate the feed is coming from Bulkhead. Yet what greets those looking at the video certainly looks nothing like the big green Wrecker. Namely, it looks like some sort of robotic wolf, complete with nasty looking fangs. For those that were down in the core, or were attacked by them before, it looks really similar to those.

He peers at the feed for a moment, before speaking, or trying to. Whatever he's trying to say comes out only as barking. After a moment he stops, and just looks annoyed. First he could barely walk, now he can't even talk.

Frag that pillar to the Pit.

He gives a resigned whine, and just basically flops down, before the feed cuts off. So much for trying that.

For anybody around Haven, there's a 10' tall at the shoulder, robotic wolf who's slowly making his way across the place. Looking annoyed, yet determined. He looks to be headed for the Temple of Solus Prime too. He stumbles every once in a while when he loses track of his feet. Maybe he'll just go and curl up under his berth and not leave until this wears off. If it does at all.]

[Dangit, whatever had happened, the pillar-thing was gone, so there went any hopes of seeing if that would get him up through that rift.

The boy's annoyed, but he figures so long as that Lambda's up there, then there's a way to get to it and through it. In his mind, that's the way home, anyway. He's already kind of tired of this place.

Literally. It's a pain walking around such an empty place, even with what roads it has to at least let you know you're going in the right direction. But Garrod doesn't want to use up the power he's got in his Gundam for just getting around.

It's the movement ahead that makes him slow down.]

[He should try living here for a year. It's enough to make anybody tired. But it's become a part of living here. You get used to the weirdness.

[Get used to it kid. You'll be here for a while. Only way out is through the badlands.

His ears perk up as he hears more noise, and he tilts his head. Time to go look. It's not a voice he's heard before. New person? He's turning and headed back to where he keeps hearing that voice. Where is this human, he assumes, that he keeps hearing?]

Aaand Garrod isn't too far. He's currently clambering his way to the top of a small rocky outcropping that should provide convenient cover for him if it turns out to be anything hostile.

His head peeks over the edge, and for a moment he stares now that he catches a good glimpse of...well, what is it? Some big...dog robot? They came in dog-shapes? News to him.]

Whoa...

[Uh huh, good luck with that.

The robo-wolf stops, and looks up at the voice. Oh, it's a human. Definitely not one he's seen before.

He gives a questioning whine, and a wag of his tail. He's friendly, really.

[Heading back out into the Haven areas after a visit to the medbay within Solus Prime's temple, the cassette medic rounds a corner and nearly runs head-first into the giant robo wolf.

Or rather, a robot wolf's leg. The wolf is huge, even for him.

...His startled yelp is rather undignified, and he trips over his own four feet in an attempt to scramble back.]

[Glit's not the only one startled by him rounding the corner.

Bulkhead lets out his own startled yelp, and stumbles back, falling over his legs. He winds up in a heap on the floor for a moment, be3fore he manages to get his legs untangled enough to roll back onto his stomach. He shakes his head a moment, before glancing at the other.

His ears perk up some. Ravage?]

[Glit staggers back up to his feet with a hiss, fangs bared. He may not have gone down to the root of the pillar with the rest, but he knows of the giant wolves that attacked people before.

Not good.]

[Oh scrap, maybe not Ravage. Does Ravage even get that angry?

He gets to his feet and backs up. He tries to wave a paw, while not falling over his own feet again. Wait wait! He's not dangerous!]

[Still hissing, Glit takes a step back, eying those (huge) paws doubtfully, but the gesture is unmistakeable.

It could be a trap, but...

A moment or two ticks by, before he finally seems to grasp that the giant wolf isn't going to jump him.]

...Well. This is new.

[SO DRY.]

[He actually relaxes a little when it doesn't look like Glit's going to come after him. He sits down, and huffs a little at the dry words.

Yeah, he's having a blast with this. It's so much fun not being able to talk.]

But at least this time you seem to have caught on. He gives a sigh, before he just nods.

[Deckard saw the video. His first reaction, admittedly, was something along the lines of OH CRAP THERE'S ANOTHER BADLANDS PORTAL!? BETTER GO FIND IT AND GET IT CLOSED BEFORE MORE OF THOSE THINGS GET THROUGH! . . . but . . . then he notes the demeanor of /this/ wolf. And remembers that there were people affected by the Pillar in strange and myriad ways.]

[Okay, so . . . if this is coming from Bulkhead's comm, it's probably not that the wolf attacked/injured/killed/whatever the Wrecker and got hold of his comm, but rather...]

[Oh, for the love of every Shinto god he can think of.]

[Forget video, he's just going to come looking for you.]

[He won't be too hard to find. He kind of sticks out after all. But he's slowly but surely making the long trek from Prima's temple to Solus' temple. He'd run if he had more confidence in not falling over these stupid extra limbs he has now.

He's nearing the junkyard. Maybe he can glare at whatever is left of the pillar on his way.]

[Deckard drives to within what he hopes is easy speaking distance without being close enough to threaten – or /be/ threatened, if he's wrong. Shifting to robot form, he'll take another cautious step closer.]

…Bulkhead?

[He hears the approaching engine, and then the transformation. He stops and turns. His ears perk up and he moves toward him, looking happy and relieved. Oh thank Primus, somebody finally recognized him. But he still barks in confirmation.]

[He relaxes at that, grinning as he closes the rest of the distance.]

I have to say, this is an interesting effect. You're all right, otherwise? Do you need fuel or medical attention?

[He actually kind of REALLY badly wants to scratch you behind the ears, Bulkhead . . . but he'll be respectful and refrain from doing so.]
