So, I. I don't know how many people knew him, but I figured I might as well say something.
Shockwave - the big one - and his Driller have been missing. Sometimes they'd just go off on their own but usually not for this long. And I've looked everywhere. So I'm gonna call it.
They're. Gone.
[He pauses for a long moment before speaking again.]
I'll still be at Megatronus's temple to look after their things, until Megatronus makes me leave.

[wow if he cared any less he might just pass out. the camera is just gonna jerk slightly as he plonks down on the seat near his desk]
It was an example, I'm sure you see what I'm getting at. As for the latter statement, all bots are built with the capability to learn new skills and advance through the ranks, but not all of them chose to. If they want to stay a miner for their entire life cycle then why try to force them into a position they wouldn't suit?
I'm not saying they should be forced into rank-climbing. I'm saying that if that's what they want to do it's fine, and I'm happy they found a job they love... but they shouldn't be treated like drones just because they happen to be miners or some other job that other bots think is 'lowly'. And if they want to be something more they should have the opportunity to do so, without being told that it's... not in their programming or something.
Re: [video]
They're not, I'm just saying they have the option.
The stigma is something Alpha Trion has been trying to be rid of. [haha not at all] They are also fully aware they have the choice, I trained a farm-bot for the Elite Guard, once. I mean, he didn't make it in. But he knew he had the option.
... You realize that story would be slightly more inspirational if he actually did make it. How did he end up drummed out?
Re: [video]
I'm sure you'll be pleased to know it had nothing to do with his background and frame type.

Re: [video]
[shrug] Seemed happy last time I saw him. Got to stay with his friend who dropped out with him for the same reason, too. So yeah, I'd say things worked out for him. Space bridge expert my aft...
... an expert of space bridges? Really? That's pretty impressive.
Re: [video]
Not an expert, the expert - apparently he somehow managed to get himself up to the most knowledgeable past Autobot scientists.

Re: [video]
Y'know, cause if you're at war you can't really afford to waste energon on powering them like that.

Of course I was never part of a space bridge or ground bridge crew so I don't actually know how they function.
