For all intents and purposes, I got off pretty easy considering what happened.

Sort of deserved it too- Long story short, the Pillar made me crazy then Strelok shot me in the shoulder and wanged me on the head to stop anything bad happening.

[he snorts slightly] Humans can't heal as fast as some of the Cybertronians I've seen come and go, but I'll be up and around again in a few months, give or take.

In a way, I'm glad I'm not the only one with after-effects from that blasted chunk of rock.

What did it hit you with? I just got a nasty hallucination.

[he rubs his forehead. oh man] Uh, yeah. Humans don't... have regeneration systems, and our natural healing process is pretty slow. I'd love to be able to just get a new arm but. It doesn't work that way, unfortunately.

The worst part is over now, though. Those months will probably mostly just be about regaining fully mobility again.

Have you had any of the scientists take a look at that? You'd think with all the technology lying around we could do something...

That's. Uh. [wow how do you even react to that] I'm sorry? Is it specifically energon of the living? I've been told this planet is just leaking energon everywhere, so maybe you can claim one of those natural fountains as your own until that can be... fixed.

[he doesn't like using the word 'fixed' around living robots. because skid is not broken, just has a teeny cannibalism problem]

I'm sure I could ask, but honestly they all seem pretty busy with Cybertronians or other organics who need immediate help, and I'm happy on my place low on their list of priorities. I'll keep that in mind, though. Plus I don't think that tank one likes me...
