Of course not! I mean, it's a bit of an old wives tale but I've certainly heard some engineers telling each other stories of the thief's exploits while we had to fix gravity stabilizers.

That's what they usually do with popular comic lines, right? Adapt it into a show.

Right. It ALWAYS happens. Sooner or later someone has to make an adaptation and then people get really angry cause it's NOT THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL!! but they're really just being nitpicky over things like eye colour and complaining just to complain.
