Primus, where to I start? There was a freaky storm that ended with a huge pillar appearing in the middle of the junkpile and the Firsforged missing.

Then everyone who went in contact with said pillar got some sort of curse. Later we organized an expedition to destroy it since it reaches the core of the planet itself.
