[The feed flickers to life and Ratchet peers into the communicator he has, tinkering with it. At least it's working... somewhat. He looks like he has woken up in the temple of Solian Temple.]

Blasted thing. My own communications aren’t working. It must be scattered or something. [The video flickers and Ratchet smacks it a few more times, to make it focus again, grumbling under his breath as he looks around.]

Ultra Magnus, Bumble Bee, if anyone can hear this, I require assistance. I don’t know if you can triangulate my transmission and find my exact location or not, but-- Oh, what am I saying?

[He rubs at his face, his mind raking for ideas.]

That bot said this is Cybertron but... it's not one I'm familiar with. [He pauses with a heavy sigh passing through his vents.]

For all I know, I could be just talking to myself with this thing.

[...]

[Ratchet opens his mouth to snap at him again but... that Starscream comment catches him by surprise.]

He's alive?

Yeah and he's here. Unfortunately. So it's Shockwave and one of the vehicons, Fracas. Shockwave keeps mostly to himself and Fracas is not a treat.

[In case you were going to shoot him.]He's part of Bulkhead's read crew. Megatron was here time ago but thankfully he went missing

At least they aren't causing trouble. Yet, anyways. It'll keep me on my toes.

[He sighs heavily but taps his glyph.]

These temples, and Glyphs. What importance do they have to us?

To be honest, Starscream has been in prison for months, that's why we was out of trouble. And Shockwave is...Shockwave.

[He takes a good look at it for the first time and his optics widens. Oh ey, guess who has a matching glyph. Knock Out's has a green outline, though.]

You are one of Solus's too. The glyph show what FirstForged we are more related to. Most of the medics here are Solus while a lot of the most dangerous mechs are related to Megatronus.

We can't get rid of them, I tried to repaint mine to no avail many times. [Seriously, that shade of purple? With his cherry reed finish? hideous.] Those who doesn't have glyphs are prone to end influenced by Unicron and eventually go completely mad.

[Great. He squints at his glyph, wrinkling his face in disgust. Oh great. But again, he is taken aback, and soon settles.]

Right, Unicron would still be alive, wouldn't he... Scrap.

[Knock Out's not feeling any happier either.]

I don't think he can't really die. It's complicated here. Things sometimes explode and monsters attack us or people goes crazy. You get used to it after a while. [Not really.]

The good part is that the Thirteen are here and you can talk to them, if they allow it.

This... is a lot to take in.

[From Knock Out of all people even. He rubs at his temple.]

Is there anything else I should know about this Cybertron?

I know. I was new once too. I still are when it comes to certain things.

Many things. [He will take pity of you and be less of a jerk for once, Ratchet.] A good one is that energon being scarce is no longer an issue. We even have a bar. We could go there and I could explain everything better face to face.

[Then he smirks because being nice doesn't come easily.] Unless you are scared of that, old mech.

I'm not scared of going to a simple... bar.

[It's just been ages since he's been to one. Plus, maybe this would be the perfect opportunity to get to know their newest recruit. It's what Optimus would have wanted, right?]

I just have no idea where the establishment would be located.

We are in the same temple now. One of Solus too, remember?

[You are going to make him feel like a rookie.]

Wait for em at the door, I'm on my clinic. I'll be there in a few clicks.

[Ratchet nods and looks down the long hallway.]

Alright. I'll meet you there then.

[He transforms as well, to quickly find the door to the temple.

By the All Spark, this was new. Going out to talk with Knock Out. It was a good plan, getting some more information about this place. But, from where he came from, it wasn't too long ago that they were on opposite sides.]

[It's not easy for Knock Out either and he realizes that when he finally arrives. He stands at certain distance from Ratchet, not sure if teh bot's first reaction would be to punch him out of habit.]

Ey. The bar is close to the center of the haven so we have to drive there.

[The old bot is still in vehicle form, but from the way he just sits there, he's staring the ex-Con down. But he revs his engine a few times, turning his headlights towards the exit.]

Lead the way.

[There's an almost imperceptible nod and then Knock Out's jumps and transformers. He quickly drives away, wondering how fast can Ratchet go.

He's speeding up even more, the other medic better catches up on him before he disappears from the view.]

Knock Out!

[He shouts after him, barely able to keep up, even with the pedal to the floor. None the less, he peels out after him.

Sure he was an emergency vehicle, but he was no sports car.]

Yes~?

[Fine, fine, he will reduce his speed. He was used to Breakdown almost always keeping up with him.] Too rusty to follow me?

[His emblem in his wheel dims. He would be glaring at you so hard, Knock Out.

He hasn't really tried racing in a long time. His frame rattles a little, warming himself up.]

Rusty huh?

[Those headlights brighten up and he takes it up another notch to speed up faster.]

[And Knock Out would be grinning if sports car could do that. Instead, his rear view mirror moves.]

That's what I sa...ah! That's much better. I was wondering if you could really follow me. When was the last time you were on a proper race?

I honestly can't remember the last time I've raced.

[He says as his headlights dim, remembering. He honestly couldn't recall. But his side mirror looks at Knock Out.]

But we are not racing, you're the only one who knows the location, after all.

That means it was too much time ago. We gotta remedy that.

No but we could. [He's going to just send the coordinates to the bar's location to Ratchet...and really speed up a few seconds later.]

Catch me and I'll tell you about Solus Prime!

What?! No Knock Out--!

[He almost flinches, jerking his wheel to the side as he speeds off. Well, he did give him the coordinates.

Ratchet revs his engine a few more times and races after the red car, aiming to catch up with him.]

[Some exercise will do you good, besides the bar is not all that far away. It's already visible on the distance, in fact.

Knock Out mirror moves a few times to make sure ratchet is still following him.]

Your surprise me Ratchet. Your pistons aren't as rusty as I thought.

Age isn't everything.

[He says with defiance as he manages to catch up to Knock Out's back wheels, beside him, but doesn't manage to get any closer.]

I will remind you of that when you try to bring your centuries of medical experience upon me during an argument.

[He lowers his speed one more time so he's driving next to Ratchet.] I have my own clinic here, I build it up all from scratch. [And perhaps some supplies from Solus's medbay.] Wheeljack's now helping and making some equipment but there's still a lot of important tools missing. Like our home, this planet still needs some working.

[They finally reach the entrance of the bar and Knock Out's stops. He changes back to robot more quickly.]

[He changes back and stands up beside Knock Out, tilting his head to the side to look at him.]

Your own clinic? Why not work at the medbay? There's plenty of room I would assume. As well as tools to use.
