[Well that was the… oddest thing he’s woken up to in a while. He doesn’t usually wake up on an alter with robbed figures standing around apologizing for him being somewhere. A different Cybertron? Different how? That sounds impossible. He only waited around long enough for what they said to get boring and then he left. Now he has to figure out how to work this thingy he has. Hrm… what does this do…?]

Skylynx? Are you here, Skylynx?

[The sound of one claw tapping on the Link comes through before the video flicks on, showing bright yellow optics and a lean face crowned with horns. Those optics blink a couple times as the owner of the Link leans back slightly.]

I am trying to find my brethren, Skylynx. He is silver and blue, with red accents, and is about my height. [He pauses, snickering.] But he is not nearly as pretty as I am.

If you have seen him in his other form, I am sure you know. Tell him that Darksteel wishes to find him.
Skylynx if you hear this, I am coming to find you.

[He shuts off his Link and shortly after something that looks remarkably like a robotic gryphon can be seen flying out from Vector’s temple, in a spiral that becomes increasingly wide until it ceases all together. He can’t help it if he’s catching sight of things he’s curious about. What is all of this, he’s never seen a Cybertron like this one. His is certainly less… new than this one.]

Oh yeah? And so do I. I'm also a Predacon, just not one from your version of Cybertron and we happen to be Decepticon descendants. But whatever. You two still have a lot to learn.

How old are the two of you anyway? I doubt either of you have been online long if you're both clones.

Also, get used to the insulting. I do it to everyone and no bot is about to change how I do things.

Decepticons may have cloned us but we are no descendants of them. And they are no descendants of ours.

Skylynx is older than I am, and Predaking older than the both of us. Shockwave could say more. [Darksteel hadn't really bothered to keep up with the specifics about that. It hadn't been important to him.]

Just because you insult everyone does not mean that we have to listen to it. [He crosses his arms, putting on his best Huffy Face ~~which he picked up from Skylynx~~.]

[Cute kid. She looses her beast mode in favor for being a bot. An obviously female bot at that and shakes her head.]

Yeah, got that from firebreather when we met. Seriously, you two remind me more of Fuzors then anything else.

So, that makes you the youngest huh. I'm pretty sure I'm older than both of you itty bitty Preds.

[At that she smirks slightly.]

[Oh! He has only ever seen one other ladybot before. Though... her legs are remarkably similar to Starscream's in some ways. Weird.]

A bot whose beast mode consists of two animals combined. I've known a few and they usually have their wires crossed somewhere.

Older than you. It's hard to put a date on it when there's no way to judge time. So, lets just say I got to watch the humans evolve. It wasn't as interesting as you'd think.

Besides, never said I was the boss, just that I'm older then you. But if you want to make an issue of it, we can have some fun. It's been awhile since I've had a fight with another Predacon.

[He didn't get to light him on fire nearly enough.]

....I'd rather talk to Shockwave. Starscream has been... a little jittery lately. You'd have better luck finding Shockwave.

[Blackarachnia smirks slightly. She may or may not have something to do with that.]

Yeah, they're organic creatures. Humans are squishy and small so don't step on them. They go splat and it's not pleasant.

[Momentary pause.]

...They're also flammable. Really, really flammable. So don't set them on fire either.

[Blackarachnia shakes her head slightly. Yeah, she's probably going to have to do some teaching later.]

I was making a comment about you being able to think for yourself bone breath. It's a good thing. Besides, I've never heard of this 'Predaking' so how can I prove I'm stronger than him huh? Take on both of you? I could you know, but it'd be a waste of time.

Shockwave answers calls pretty quickly. But Starscream is not so hard to find. You just follow the sound of whining.

[He snickers a little. He is so glad to be out from under Starscream's very pointy thumb.]

No stepping on the small ones. Okay.

[Well darn, now what's he supposed to do with them?]

Predaking is our leader. He was the first Predacon that Shockwave cloned. Starscream said he was defective but he is not. He has been very good to Skylynx and me. [Darksteel shrugs.] That is how Predaking did it. He bested us both in combat. We did not make it easy for him.

Not even a little fire. They burn fast and we don't need more deaths around here. It upsets everyone and we have enough to deal with.

Besides, I think we've already filled our death quota for awhile.

[Figure something else that doesn't involve fatalities. ]

Well, at least that part of being a Predacon translates over. Usually it's the strongest or the most devious that usually rule.

Also, do me a favor. From now on, don't listen to a word Starscream says for now on. He's an idiot.

[Darksteel pouts and huffs.] Fine, fine. No burning the small squishy ones. Or stepping on them.

At least we have that in common. Though there were never organics where I was, and your Predacons do not sound like they look like mine at all.

[... Okay, trying to think about that makes his processor hurt. No more of that.]

I have not listened to him since Predaking became the boss. I am glad for it; at least Predaking doesn't shock Skylynx and me.
... Could I burn Starscream at least? Or chew on him?

[Seriously no one will miss him, Darksteel's sure.]

[She frowns slightly. Yeah, you may not be her kind of Predacon, but you're still a Predacon damn it. Starscream is just asking for more trouble from her.]

Burn Starscream all you want. But, I wouldn't suggest chewing on him. You don't know where the whiny walking bucket of bolts has been. He might be diseased or something.

[Or on a very bad drug trip.]

And yeah, our two kinds of Predacons sound like they're pretty different. It'll be interesting comparing the differences.

When we did something he did not like, yes. He had a prod. He... did not like most of what we did.

[Hey, he's not going to stick up for the guy. Starscream sucks. He belongs in a horrible situation.]

Well. So long as I can light him on fire I will not chew on him. He is fun to play with even if I cannot eat him.

[He can make the drug trip worse through Paw Juggling.]

We shall see. I must find Skylynx first, though.

... I think I may have to have a few words with the moron.

[Preferably with explosions.]

Just leave enough for the rest of us. We did not get to finish playing with him and there will probably be a line of others that want to, too.

[Starscream is bad at making friends... or making People That Don't Want To Kill Him, anyway.]

[She smirks.]

Don't worry, I'll leave enough of his spark intact that he's still functioning when I'm done. That way everyone can have their fun.

[She's beginning to think that's what Starscreams do. Especially this particular one.]

Oh good! I would hate for anyone to miss out. It seems as though many would have scores to settle with him.

[He can't see Starscream having reformed his zappy swatting ways so soon, after all.]
