[It's been a while since Knock Out posted on the network. The medic has been busy testing out Solus’s gift. Now he’s smirking as the air still feels perfect and cool against his hand. The hand that he’s currently holding close to a really hot light source that should, at the very least, mess up his finish.]

This thing sure will be useful. [His attention gets back to the camera. Knock Out turns off the light source and puts away the flat metal device capped with a Solian purple gem that he was holding with his other hand.]

Looks like there’s some sort of epidemic going on and it affects both organic and robotic organisms. If I were you I would stay inside my room until things are cleared out. Unless you want to join the large number or residents in Solus’s medbay of course.

And talking about that…I can’t state often enough how much of an ill idea is to keep all your medical equipment and your medics in the same place. You might as well paint a giant ‘X’ on the door and write 'blow it’.

I got two new job openings in my clinic now that Barricade decided to play Indiana Jones and Flonne left a few weeks ago. More assistants are always welcome.

[He smiles some more and then turns off the video.]

[He holds up his hands to stop any protests.]

I didn't have the formula memorized, but that was because I was under pressure when I created it.

[And cue the long pause and the pointed stare.]

I'm helping someone with it.

[Knock Out was, in fact, going to protest.]

We have plenty of energon here, why do you need to refine the formula again? [He doesn't see the point even if he might have tried to reproduce the formula himself.]

Please tell me it's not Perceptor.

He gave that to Skids once and the mech acted like an overcharged protoform that couldn't decide if he wanted to punch people or hit on them. He might have tried to do both at once. This why I don't let him go near mine. [Because yes, Knock Out has some bottles of your precious green energon.]

[He leans in closer to the screen.]

How did you get it? You couldn't have already stored the formula on your harddrive.

[Cause man, he sure hasn't yet.]

I have a whole box of cylinders with synthetic energon and at this point I have the formula memorized. [He found the box time ago, but he had enough time to learn hwo to replicate the formula by heart.]

But it's the unrefined formula, so it's not really all that useful. That thing is better with me than with any other fool wanting to use it to get high.

[He shakes his head.]

Better with you? I know I can recreate the formula, if given a bit of time...

Me, yes. [Got a problem with that?]

Better with me than with Perceptor or someone worse. I'm not even using it for anything. [Then he huffs.] You have a really weird way to ask for a sample.

Can I have a sample....? [What else, Ratchet? You forgot the magic word.]

[Ratchet rolls his eyes but he turns his feed to Audio as he makes his way to Knock Out's coordinates.]

Sora? Can't say I do. [He pauses though.]

You're letting a child be our secretary?

The front desk of the clinic is human sized, I didn't want to redecorate.

[That's partially true. The desk is that way because Flonne used to work for him and he likes Sora enough to keep him around and teach him a few things.]

See it this way, while he's in the clinic there are less chances that he will be stepped on by some clueless mech.
