How are you all? Well, I hope. Personally I'm rather bored. Incarceration is a dull affair, although I fail to see how this qualifies as any sort of punishment.

That said, I have a simple proposition.

Either Hal Nine-Thousand is brought to me immediately, or I will begin systematically detonating the devices currently implanted within several members of the population.

[Well. Not with physical hurt, anyway. But that is not reassuring to mention at all, so he shuts up and taps his fingers on a nearby wall insistently before slipping his hands behind his back and leaning against it instead.]

[The tapping is curious, but he doesn't comment. Hal's hands fidget at times and he wonders why.

But he won't talk about that now.]

[As much as he hates to remind Soundwave how little control he has, it really is Hal's choice.]

[Normally he would, valuing his life as highly as he does, but Soundwave's optimism and sheer kindness puts him off the thought of using him. It is a strange feeling. Hal wishes it would stop.]
