How are you all? Well, I hope. Personally I'm rather bored. Incarceration is a dull affair, although I fail to see how this qualifies as any sort of punishment.

That said, I have a simple proposition.

Either Hal Nine-Thousand is brought to me immediately, or I will begin systematically detonating the devices currently implanted within several members of the population.

You need cunning, intelligence, a keen sense of empathy. How else would you be able to look into your enemies' faces and know exactly how to crush them?

You assume I mean power in a physical sense. The Forerunners owned and shaped the course of all life in the galaxy on multiple fronts, not only through sheer strength.

Either way, you're just a construct. No matter how great your creators were, you will never measure up to them.
