How much that person means to you? Would you like to stay with them almost all the time? Do you often find yourself wondering what he might be doing or if he's all right? Does he cares for you in the same way?

Sometimes you can answer all that, Sometimes it's not so easy and you can't tell for sure. And in those last cases sometimes it doesn't hurt to be blunt and ask how the other is feeling.
