Number V: Taking stock [video]
[Axel appears on the screen at a somewhat odd angle, like he's not actually holding the communicator.]
OK, show of hands. Or if you happen to be invisible- which I hear is the case for at least one person-, speak up.
I think it's safe to say that a lot of us are having weird- or at least weirder than usual- things happening to us recently. And it seems to be connected to these weird clumps of colored energon- that glowing, crystal stuff the robots use for fuel for those not paying attention. Thing is, if we're going to figure out how to undo all this stuff, we're going to have to figure out if there's some kind of pattern to all this.
Alia already seems to be on the scientific angle, but just having a simpler list for reference would be good too. That way people can tell what energon seems to cause which effects and where it is at a glance.
For me, I found some red in a rock crevice on the outskirts of Megatronus' territory, and now, I pass right through any solid objects other than the ground. Including people, which is just as weird as you'd expect it to be.

Re: [Video]
Outside Knockout's clinic would be good. Then we can go from there.
Oh yeah, and I didn't catch your name before?
Oh! Right, sorry. My name is Deckard. Pleased to meet you.
On my way.
[Video] --> [Action]
[When Deckard arrives a little while later, he'll find Axel sitting on the ground outside of Knockout's clinic, just as promised. Because really, what else can he sit on at the moment?]
[Action]
[A police patrol car pulls up, driver's door (which, true to Japan, is on the vehicle's right side) opening of its own accord. The headlights as well as a fan of indicator lights behind the steering wheel flash in time with the voice.]
Axel, it's Deckard. How about we drive there?
Re: [Action]
'Fraid that won't work at the moment.
[Axel reaches out fro the open car door by way of demonstration... and his arm passes harmlessly through it to poke out the opposite side.]
I can't touch anything at the moment; that's why I need you along in the first place. At any rate, we're gonna have to walk. I try to sit on you're seat, I'll wind up falling through, and I've already done that one too many times, thanks.
[Action]
[He'll shift back to robot form…and gives a salute.]
Ready for duty! Lead the way.
Re: [Action]
Right. Follow me then. [Starts off in the direction of the Junkpile.] The spot I'm thinking of shouldn't be too hard to find. When we get to the Junkpile, you wanna look for a rock pile that kinda looks like a guy waving.
[Action]
[Honestly, Deckard wasn't expecting to be saluted back. He's dropping his hand just about the time Axel's deciding not to bother anyway. He turns and follows, easily slowing and shorting his stride to match Axel's pace –he's accustomed to keeping up (or down as the case may be) with a ten-year-old child, after all.]
Like someone waving? Does it look natural or like someone deliberately built up the pile like that?
[Idle curiosity, if nothing else.]
Re: [Action]
No idea. The guy wasn't any more specific than that; he just mentioned that there were some crystals near there.
He made it sound like it should be pretty obvious, though, so just keep your eyes peeled.
