[The first thing Knock Out does after arriving to the medbay is to grab his communicator. It's obvious that he needs some medical help. He looks like he's gone to hell and back, with a nasty wound in his side and most of his finish scratched. He also looks about to go into stasis at any moment and only rage (and probably paranoia) is keeping him awake.]

I seriously wonder what sort of psychological test the Police Force takes before joining because if that's how an agent of the law acts I think we are all screwed.

[Knock Out gives Sentinel a nasty look and then continues.] This pychopath here tried to kill me and...[don't mind that shuffling and abrupt jerking of the video as sentinel grabs the device out of knock out's hands!]

--cannot believe- yeah, no, Knock Out just took a nasty fall because he was speeding in the Junk Pile like a moron. Apparently trying to help mechs you see leaking on the ground counts as attempted murder now?

[He shoots the look back at knock out. screw you, buddy.] Call me a psychopath all you want, I wasn't even anywhere near you when you crashed. Nor does it change the fact I saved your life.

I've joined the construction crew. Building will take time, but it'll happen.

[He nods at "Excited, hm?"] I am. In my home, Cybertron was ruined rather close to the start of the war. [He sits down by the berth, picking up another cube of energon to hand to Knock Out. You need more fuel, KO.]

I was with a group who left, taking with us those unable to fight, or those who didn't want to choose a side. We wanted to find a place where our history and culture could be preserved, so when the war ended we could bring back some of what was lost as we helped to rebuild our home.

We haven't gotten the chance to yet, not that I know of. [He's kind of dead...yeah, makes it hard to know how things go.] I've spent a large part of my life dreaming of when we could go back to Cybertron, to build and rebuild, to make our planet the best it can be. [He's an idealist, so sue him.]

This place...it's like a new datapad. It's just barely getting started, there's so much potential. I'm excited to put into this Cybertron what I never got the chance to back home.

[deadlydoctor]

You did? Bulkhead must be happy.

[Knock Out snickers at that then he's looking somewhat more serious.] It happened the same with mine. Our people seems to have a special talent when it comes to screw ourselves over. There were no neutrals the way you explain them, though. No that I know off and I traveled a lot.

The Decepticons didn't try to hunt you all down? [He finds that unlikely. He listens closely to what Wing says, a smile on his face.] Those are such idealistic goals, you are adorable.

[knight_light]

[He nods] He seemed to be.

Mm, it's what comes of violence and a disregard for life. In my world no one side was solely responsible. As for hunted...we left in the middle of chaos, I'm not even sure if either side realized we'd left and weren't just killed at the time. After that we...stayed clear as much as we could. [[HeA part of him never felt right about that. Yes, he loved building Crystal City and being a protector, but he also felt he should have been out there helping others too...]

[He shrugs with a smile] Someone has to hope when no one else can. [He knows he's an idealist.]

His team was bigger before but suddenly we lost a bunch of people. [And he likes some of them, specially Fracas.]

In the end I don't think it really mattered who's side was wholly responsible, it didn't matter much to the death Cybertron we left behind us, that for sure. Thankfully, we managed to restore it. Optimus did most of the hard job, though. [He can admit as much. Knock Out respected his sacrifice.

Knock Out also understand self preservation better than anyone so he's not about to judge wing or his people.]

Even on our darkest hour?

[knight_light]

[He smiles] I'm glad to hear a Cybertron out there was restored.

[He's glad for that. It's something he's rather conflicted on.]

That's when hope is needed the most.

At a high cost but It was. We were still fixing it when I was pulled into this reality. We still had a lot to do.

[Wings needs to share his feelings with Knock Out about that one of those days.]

And when it's harder to find.

[He was restless, and felt he could help more people by leaving long before anything happened to reveal Crystal City. Perhaps he'll bring it up someday.]

This is true, but that's exactly what it's most needed.

[It was a hard decision, Knock Out would (surprisingly) understand.]

Maybe we need more people like you here, Wing. [He's too much of a cynic.]

[knight_light]

[Wing smiled. Really, what do you say to something like that.]

Try to get some rest now, Knock Out. And finish up that cube.

[Nothing needs to be said. Knock Out raises his cube of energon and nods.]

I'll try, thank you.

[knight_light]

[Wing gives his shoulder a squeeze, and if there's nothing more he can do he'll let Knock Out rest until Sora gets there to see to him.]
