[Video] - Vector's temple

[Some of you might be familiar with the noise of metal crunching as it hits something after falling at least a short distance, and Cliffjumper grunts, swears and, after a few moments, gets the video on.

It's mostly Cliffjumper's faceplate and upper torso that can be seen, plus a view of the sky and some spire-tops of Vector's temple, though he's looking slightly... wild-eyed.]

... Slaggin', rusty, scum-spewin' scrap! [The view wobbles as Cliffjumper changes his grip, then stabilises again.] Anyone else got stuck with somethin' new poppin' up courtsey of your glyphs?

Blurr, how the frag did ya get a handle on this?

[... there's a pause, and Cliffjumper half looks like he's about to say something more but then closes his mouth. Not yet. He'll... Well.]

[Have Cliffjumper staring for a few moments, having to replay what Blurr said at a lower speed to catch up. Then he scowls. Well. Scowls more.]

I didn't know it was goin' to happen! I didn't fraggin' plan on doing it! I was just walkin' and then... [grumbling, he shakes his helm.] up in the air and I couldn't get it to fraggin' stop.

How the slag did ya get control of this?

Yes yes THAT happened to me too you know it. It's all about practice. Do you know you can do this in car mode?

[He'll just take a blowtorch to his faceplate and warm it up to loosen it in that case!]

I'd kinda like some more pointers beside practice, Blurr. Looked like ya took pretty well to this but I don't fraggin' like this.

[Then he glances away and back, optics flickering a little as he grimaces.]

The first time I fell from the ceiling, do you remember that? But _tips I can give. Try to concentrate in a distant point, focus on it and don't think too much on the fact your wheels aren't on the ground so DON'T looks down. Try to imagine that you are walking over a really soft surface and not air.

...oh. [So he can't come?]

[Glowering down along the spire towards the ground far below, Cliffjumper looks up again quickly.]

Right. Try that next time. Ain't doin' anything now. [Pause.] ... if ya wanna come over you can. Not gonna be very excitin' as soon as Starscream gets me down from here though.

I want to come if only to make sure you won't fly away into space. Who would tell me what NOT to do then?

Hey, I'm gonna be thinkin' ground thoughts for the rest of forever if I have to, but especially the rest of the slaggin' afternoon! Ain't wanna do that again, inside or not.

[With a grimace, Cliffjumper shakes his helm and then reluctantly smiles.]

It gets better with time and IT WON'T get broken, unlike your jetpack. It could save your life, don't whine like a protoform.

Dunno how ya got used to it so fast, but I doubt I will, useful or not.

How can you be against flying when you are the only bot here that I know uses a jetpack regularly?
