[Video: Originating from the Solian Temple]
[Albert decided to pay the network another visit. He didn't see a reason to start chatting up the robots, but he felt he had to get something off his chest. Especially with all the robot on robot crimes going on. He felt some of them acted too nice, too accommodating. Maybe he gave too much information away...perhaps he should start pushing, gauging for their true colors.]
I've only been around here for a couple of weeks. But from what I've seen it seems like this world has a pretty sorry definition of law enforcement. I'm not saying those who have been actually doing work aren't doing enough. I'm just saying we should start trying to pulling our efforts together or something, you know?
[He glances furtively around. This place never sat right with him. Felt too...artificial.]
Especially with war lords and killing machines running around.
[Albert could already feel the wave of snarky and sarcastic responses coming in. Maybe he shouldn't have bothered. It was worth a try anyway.]

[Video] Since you asked....!
004, we meet again. It's good that you have these concerns, I share them. There must be accountability. Power vacuums create opportunities for the wrong types of people. I've been discussing this with a few individuals already, but I feel it needs to be handled delicately.
People can't enforce law unless they are trustworthy and respected for their station, otherwise what sets them apart from bullies? Laws won't have power unless they come from a source that the community respects. That source needs a good foundation that people can believe and put trust in.
We need structure, but it's all interconnected and then we get into politics and leadership, something that needs to be addressed as well. That's going to take time. Meanwhile a militia of sorts might be necessary, and I know there are already several mechs here who have law enforcement experience. I think that's where we need to start.
Laws, or the beginnings of that structure, will need to be discussed. Idealy, with a small group of people the rest of the community is willing consider capable and experienced in such things. As much as I'd like to have everyone's opinion at the start, an open forum will likely accomplish very little. If a small group can brainstorm ideas and then bring them to the community to accept or reject, then there's a chance that we'll have something functionally and ideologically acceptable and less dictatorial.
[I hope you got all that. Though he's seems quite impassioned, he'd probably be happy to repeat himself if necessary.]

That's what I was thinking. We have to choose the right kind of people to lead or at least delegate or we'll have a full uprising on our hands or worse, someone like Prism will step in.
