[Video + text] - inside the Sarcophagus

[Have Elita on your screen frowning quite severely, her mouth in a flat line. The only light beyond the glow of her blue optics is apparently some unpleasant-looking yellow, and it doesn't reach very far.

The view around the edges of the screen seem to pulse without a rhythm, and there's some sort of... device, behind her. What can be seen of the room doesn't seem to exactly be there at all. She doesn't speak, rather text pops up on the screen instead.]

If anyone has ideas of how to deal with this, I'd love to hear them. If you're going to attempt to join me, you're going to need protection against the radiation... [She shakes her helm slowly, looking away from the screen for a moment.]

Which I can probably provide through Solus little gift, but I suggest not trying to come here alone, because while I'm sure we could deal with the things I passed to get in here, their capabilities are unknown but I'm pretty sure they're far more dangerous than the creatures that milled at the outskirts.

... Just use text if you plan on replying, too. I have no idea how good hearing the creature I passed has, but if I'm going to take it I'd want back-up.

I thought we needed an idea of what was at the center of this, and since I can't extend my camoflage to anyone else...

[She'd smile, but she's pretty sure he wouldn't appreciate the clever comment if she made any motion towards it being that, so she'll just try to look serious.]

Unfortunately I don't think I have the kind of shielding to be of any use in there. Is there anything those on the outside can do to help support? Create a distraction or something, maybe?

[He's done about as much as he can from the outside at this point. He's not the best shielded, but he's got powerful armor, so it's just going to have to do.]

Outside, yes. I passed two things I know were there and before that something that... I... think was human. I'm not sure, but it seemed to have some psychic attacks. I left before it did much.

[Her frown twitches deeper when she mentions the controller (even if she has no idea that's what it's called), because the brief run-in hadn't been pleasant.]

Solus gave me a device before she left, it protects against nearly everything as far as I can tell and I didn't tell anyone since it took less time like this.

[Flawless logic, yes? Kind of. SHE'S AN ADULT SHE DOES WHAT SHE WANTS.]

Depending on how far you can go, I passed at least three creatures on the way here. If anyone else if going to get in here, they're going to need taken care of. [Shrugging and not watching as she types, Elita wanders around the device, eyeing it.]

May want to coordinate with others.

[Elita's frown deepens as she shakes her helm. Sure, she got in here alone, but she doesn't just have Solus' little handy device, she also happens to have armour that campflages her. She hasn't fought anything on the way here.]

I don't think anyone of us want to lose anyone if we can help it, and I can't give you pointers about the weaknesses of the creatures I passed... I can come assist from behind and lend radiation protection in here, but that requires you to get here first.

It would have been really helpful at this point. [She nods, flashing a small smile.]

Any input. The closest I've come to is "shoot at it" and who knows what that will do. There's others coming too, perhaps team up, since you have one of those devices as well and I didn't kill anything on my way in here.

[She did the scout thing all proper and such, but that means the threats are all still there.]

While I'm her Initiate, and got a forge hammer from her. I don't think I can create them. [Plus there's probably some kind of FirstForged magic involved or something. He returns the sad smile.]

Yeah, thst looks like an option. But I'd rather we get a better look. Considering the radiation we're dealing with.

But I don't think it knows where I am any longer. There was a... feeling, when it was present, and it almost got me [more than once, but she's not going to say that.] but it's not here now.

And the thing outside has no idea I'm here, so if the psychic creature knows, it hasn't or can't communicate that.

True. Sorry, this thing has me on edge. [Brief smile and a shake of her helm.] I think we have time yet... the room isn't precisely here yet, but if it fully manifests...

There's at least three things between this room and the lesser creatures outside. The last one is fully capable of sneaking up on you, so take care. I can't tell you the physical capabilities of any of them, though, since I didn't fight them.

A pity. We'll make do.

The radiation makes me worry as well... plus whatever this thing is, if it will have an adverse affect from being overloaded by fired upon...

[She looks up from the screen, frowning at - presumably - the device before looking down again.]

Three creatures beyond the hordes at the entrance, the... anomalies scattered about and those four-legged things.

One of them can launch psychic attacks which... is problematic. I'm unsure how that should be fought. I don't think either of the other two can do something like that, however, but I can't tell you anything else about them.

I wouldn't have gone in here if I hadn't had the device, trust me. Don't feel like collapsing somewhere even if the creatures couldn't find me.

We have, at that. [She smiles briefly - if tightly - and then shrugs.] That's what it does. Sensory input, feelings... it was why I almost got caught more than once by it since it seemed and felt safe, but it was still there.

I'd say as long as you notice it before it notices you... or you can just shoot quickly enough, that should do it?
