As some of you might recall the necessity of a multi-universal law enforcement system has been brought up.

All societies have the right and duty to establish their own laws to protect their people and bring the victims among them whatever restitution they're due.While this planet may not fit the traditional definition of a society according to each individual's standards there are commonalities binding all of us and situations occurring which fall outside any individual jurisdiction. A committee of law officials, a police force and a general system of redress are necessary to prevent more violations of people’s rights.

The obvious question you might have now, I suppose, would be: who would compose this committee of law officials? Who would regard them as worthy of their position and respect? And, of course, how to deal with criminals who are beyond normal bounds of civil behavior?

The law committee members would be determined by popular vote and you all are free to submit an application. The issue has already brought up briefly to some of the FirstForged, sir Vector Prime and sir Prima. I plan on asking them if they can make sure that above else there won’t be any sort of bias or corruption in regards of the vote/selection. We need a stronger power.

The basic idea is for law officials of different worlds to come up with a system that could be posed for everyone to see and then voted on. We're looking for volunteers to serve in the law-making body of the organization and especially those who possess a background in the fields of law enforcement. Below you have a formal application to fill out if you are interested.

Regardless, once the committee is established and a list of laws is set, if some citizens do not agree with a law, they can demand a referendum. Nothing would be done without a consensus. We have to work on all this together, not make our lives harder. And we will need to build up some more structures to make this work.

Committee and Laws aside, I would like to take responsibility for the Police Force. Law enforcement is a high-stress, people-intensive profession. Those who are interested in join the police force will have to fill a job application, pass a psychological evaluation and perform a fitness test. I won’t be making those up, there are standards police entrance tests. The new recruits that need some training will also be assisted by one or more Drill instructors.

Blurr, I wish to support you in this endeavor, as we've discussed I think it's necessary that we have something and I appreciate the steps you've taken to initiate this.

I'm not certain that I myself am suited to role of police officer, [He's way too nice, really.] and I have few qualifications to cite. I'm happy to advise as I have been however. But I'm not certain how that should reflect in light of this application.

[ Saber had overheard people mentioning a Police Force and Law Committee several times, and lo' and behold, she was able to find it once searching for it across the Link. She was now at the Rec Center and had a bit of time to look into this Cybertron she was on. Naturally, when she finally found something about the Police Force and Law Committee, she looked into it immediately.

With everyone who had helped her so far, and coming to believe she would be here for a while, there was no reason to not be involved and help as she could.

I have come across the Law Committee and Police Force in my searches and would like to apply. I think I would be most fitting for a Law Committee member, but I would also like to join the Police Force. Those who make laws should also uphold them.

I expect this to remain confidential. I am unsure if anyone is familiar with the world I come from, or if mine even matches history of others', but I trust this will be only used as needed.

I served as the King of Britain for ten years, from in the late 5th and early 6th centuries. In this time, not only did I act as king and sit upon my throne, but I also went out and fought all wars that my people were involved with. When in battle, I was not straddled on some horse in the back row. I was always in the front on foot.

When I was summoned for the Fourth and Fifth Holy Grail Wars in the late 20th century, I fought for my goal as was appropriate to the War. It's very difficult to explain, but members who are summoned to participate are expected to eliminate one another, and all who join are aware of this. I have experience fighting and dealing with beings beyond what is considered normal due to this war.

It is very hard to go into detail about my background, as I am unsure how much of it would make sense to anyone. Let me know what additional information you need.

From there I headed to Earth after an attack on Iacon and I joined up with Optimus Prime and his team, becoming a part of Team Prime not long after my arrival.

I learned a lot from Alpha Trion in my time under him so I'm well versed in a lot of Cybertron's history as well as the government system and how it functions back home, so I have a lot of input that I could offer there.

I know I may not seem like it at times, but I'm capable of doing this, I know I am and I'd like the chance to prove myself.

It's been a while since I've filled out paperwork, and due to a bit of memory loss my official resume seems to have gotten. Uh. Misplaced.

So, forgive me if I paraphrase.

I'm a graduating Theoretician from the Jhiaxus Academy of Advanced Technology and I trained under one of Cybertron's forward thinking Senators who later had some issues actually nevermind. I don't want to talk about it. Either way. He did a lot of good work trying to combat some of the prejudices of our time before the war broke out and it didn't matter anyhow.

I'm starting to realize that dictating this out loud isn't the best idea.

But. Since it's transmitting anyhow, I don't have a choice.

After the war broke out I spent the next few million years as part of the diplomatic corp, negotiating treaties with alien races to help the Autobot cause and prevent needless destruction as the war escalated.

So.

I've got alien skills, and I've spent most of my lifetime at this point working around the laws of unusual planets. I might be able to help out.
