He just thinks maybe Blurr isn't comfortable around him yet, since he's a Decepticon, since he disappeared, since his name is Starscream and in some circles that's a byword for treachery.

He lets Blurr go again, quirking a smile.]

[Soundwave got the same reaction when he hugged Blurr for the first time. hugs are at least something he can get used to quickly. Enclosed rooms, not so much. It's nothing personal.
