[Well someone looks excited. He has a piece of paper in hand and he just looks absolutely thrilled to death, optics constantly darting back to the paper before he actually focuses on the camera, beaming.]

I have learned something of the utmost interest just recently. Jetfire, if you would happen to have the time to spare, I would be interested in sharing my findings with you. I believe you would find them of use.

I've come into the possession of a map, and it seems to indicate the existence of two other temples, and a ruin as well. It would be wonderful if we could perhaps organize an expedition out to these locations.

I hope you will consider it.

[And it's hard not to notice Starscream's little input over there, ahem. If they were in the same room, he'd give him a look. Can't even ask, can he.]

That sounds worth exploring, and at least doing an initial recon of each of those locations before we decide what to do and how to proceed.

[He frowns thoughtfully.]

Though, it's interesting we haven't seen any evidence of these structures until now...

I find it quite strange as well. One would think there would be a little more evidence about it, but...

There is certainly no harm in investigating it.

Perhaps there'll be some explanation for why they can't be otherwise seen when we get there...

[Which of course means they need to check them out.]

We could find each of the temples' location and then decide from there which to investigate first?

[Pause. And then he's just drag a hand down his faceplates.]

If he does mean it, would it be all right if Starscream accompanies us?

[He's presently unaware that it would be harder than usual to bar the Seeker from not doing as he wants.]

Perhaps. I was thinking that they may be subterranean.

[But of course, naturally, this bears inspection!]

I... would not be opposed to it. If of course he actually wishes to come along.

That would partly make sense, but there ought to still be some sort of visible entrance, especially if those temples are located...

And then there's of course the matter of the note of those ruins marked out. It's hard to say which would be most beneficial to choose first, though where did you get this?

He probably does. If he didn't, he'd be fishing around more with his demand to come with.

[And that up there was anything but "fishing around".]

I would hope so. It would be a shame for both of them to be completely buried.

I left out a map of the temple I am in currently. When I returned to it, these other locations were recorded on it. I would question them, if they did not fit so well in with the rest of the map.

I see. Well, he is welcome to accompany us. I wouldn't refuse him.

If anything, if they are, there are still those ruins, and we could further mark the locations of the temples ourselves and come back with more resources to find a way in later.

[Jetfire nods, still his optics narrow in thought because that's still strange. Something's going on here, whatever it is.]

Interesting... and curious, since that shouldn't have happened anyway... That page looks pretty standard for a non-technological standard of society, unless there are, perhaps, nano-machines in the material itself.

I assume you are... er, familiar with his general behaviour, if you've talked with him enough to be able to find correlating tendencies between the one you know and... him.

Of course. Though I do hope the way is unobstructed...

Perhaps, but I am unwilling to test it, as it may destroy the map. As soon as I draw up a second map, I would be willing to examine the paper a little more closely. I simply found this page in my quarters earlier, it was quite curious in and of itself.

I am... familiar, yes. To an extent. I would not claim to be an expert on him, but I see many similarities between him and the Starscream I am familiar with...

... I am... surprised he would wish to go.

A scan or two should do nothing, but I agree that any more in-depth investigation would have to wait after you've created copies in some way... It would be a shame to destroy it before any use had been gotten from it.

[Jetfire pauses, hesitating between locking or not, but... No, there's nothing - yet, anyway - he's probable to say that it would matter if Starscream saw or not.]

It's probable he wishes to go mostly on the off-chance something he thinks he can use would be found.

[He wouldn't speculate on whether Starscream would also come because he's going. The Seeker liking to monopolise his time or not.]

I have done scans, and nothing has truly turned up. It is quite curious. All that is left is to actually take it apart somehow.

I see. Well, this map does indicate several objects in the junk pile he might find of use, but I'm sure he would prefer to join us in the temples and the ruins.

[Skyfire. Skyfire, please. Why did you just say, out loud and in an unlocked post, that there's things in the Junk Pile the map shows that Starscream would find interesting? Jetfire nods and then rubs a hand over the lower part of his face.]

Do keep an eye on it, so it doesn't go missing.

[But of course it's not actually "missing" that he means.]

And if you've already done that, then yes, let's wait with doing anything more potentially, er... destructive.

[Because maybe he'd like to dig there and not cause trouble. Nothing on this map looks dangerous. What is Starscream going to do with a bathroom sink and a stapler?]
