[Well, this is a new voice. Maybe not for some. But for the most part, this is the kind of voice you'd expect to be all suave and smooth. Like it should be accompanied by saxophone music, or sounding entirely too pleased with itself.]

[Instead? It just sounds downright frantic.]

What is this--! It wasn't like this a moment ago.

[As if in response to his demand, the feed abruptly switches to video. That sure is a new face, standing there on top of a temple roof. He's not a Cybertronian, that's obvious. He's also very obviously distraught.]

[Though... his design is oddly similar to someone else usually present in the Haven. In fact, they look a lot alike.]

Who did this! Which one of you! Answer me!

[The more he talks, the more agitated he seems to become. Like every word is putting him more and more on edge.]

Someone here has to know. Where is he!

[Kay's fairly quick to grab her belt/fanny pack, slinging it over her shoulder as she makes her way out of the room and towards the entrance to the temple.

She didn't know what she was supposed to be looking for, but she figured anything traveling towards the temple at high speed would probably be him.]

[He's lucky their frames are so damned similar. He'd have a lot of trouble, otherwise. But when it comes down to it... he knows this frame as well as is own.]

[So close. So close to everything being right...]

[He transforms as he lands in front of Kay's temple, looking for her.]

[It isn't hard to spot Shadowm-Kagerou, as there's only one giant robot that just landed. She springs into a sprint as she hurries over, waving her hand up.]

Mr. Kagerou!

[~~he's also the only one accompanied by saxophone music~~]

[He stops, looking down at her, and waiting for her to get nearer, his arms folding around himself.]

[~~It's very nice saxophone music!~~]

[Her eyes soften as she approaches, putting a hand to that leg armor.]

It's okay...

[He shakes his head, a little jerkily.]

No, it's not. This isn't what I wanted. I...

I wanted him. Not this.

[Those tiny arms wrap around (or as much around as she can) that leg, rubbing it gently.]

Shh...We'll figure this out.

[It's sort of strange, to allow himself to be... comforted... by a human being. By anyone else, really.]

[But yes, he has to admit, the contact is... good.]

I just... have to find him. It will be all right, when I find him.

[Can't say she's used to comforting giant robots either. But they're so human-like that she really doesn't see the difference anymore. Especially after living in one's house.]

That's the spirit. Where should we start looking?

[He has to think about that for a moment. Where would he have gone, if he just woke up...]

One of the temples. Maybe. He didn't turn up here, like I did?

[She shakes here head, backing up to look at him.]

I don't think so. I would have heard something...

... then we should check the others. All of them.

[Kagerou, your unhealthy fixation is showing.]

[Hey, she won't judge. She has her obsessions too.

...and off she goes! She's just going to keep running until you stop her.

[No, really. He's not... sure if a human can even ride in Shadowmaru's flight mode. Or if the car is practical for the terrain they need to cover.]

[Kay, you're going to get picked up by a giant robot ~~dog~~ wolf.]

[And she's scooped up, arms and legs dangling as she watches the ground speed under her.]

[Because this is not him. Though what he says next -- somehow -- is a little annoyed.]

[Are you holding out on her Kagerou like for serious.]
