TW for gore

[[ooc: Another warning: this is a dark!Ratchet post, and there will be gore and medical professionals doing distinctly unethical things. Don't read if that will trigger you. If you're iffy, feel free to skip out or ask me.]]

[Click.

It's a doctor's-eye-view of something disturbing. A tangle of fuel lines and circuitry are splayed out on the screen, not mangled as they would have been if they'd resulted from blunt violence, but carefully arrayed and pinned aside.

A low, rattling voice is speaking, caught mid-way through a sentence, as if the viewer is simply video recording something for their own future reference. Perhaps this post was meant for private storage, rather than public posting?]

-nsformation array is absolutely fascinating. I've never had a chance to investigate a triple-changer before, and the technology required in order to access not one, but two alternate modes is exquisitely complex.

[The video zooms out, allowing us to see a pair of hands cutting into the circuitry below. A soft moan sounds in the background as the incision is made, making it terribly obvious that this is a video of a dissection of someone who is... not dead. Given the plating colours that have been revealed, that someone is Primary Care.]

Oh hush, I won't be able to concentrate. Now, it should be in here somewhere...

[A thud from behind the viewer, and a strangled noise.]

What are you doing?

[The camera whirls, focussing for a split second on Pharma's face before the camera-person grunts and punches him out with one swing.]

Slag.

[Whoever this is turns, pats Primary Care on the shoulder.]

Looks like playtime has to be cut short today, sweetspark. No worries, though.

[A hand reaches into Primary Care's chest cavity and twists. A stuttering groan is torn from Primary Care as the hand withdraws with a wet, scraping squelch. Something shining and silver drips in its grasp.]

I've got a souvenier.

[The video cuts out as the camera-person transforms, cutting off the optic feed.]

Oh, of course not purposeful. You just accidentally turned it on right? See you've had a revelation of late too, then. And I'm on a pet-name basis with everyone, dear.

Hide and seek, with little old me? You sure that's a good idea? [Light, flippant tone; he hasn't exactly spread his tracking skills around, after all...]

What, no on-board data storage linking your sensors to your processor? How unfortunate. Makes things so much easier. I almost feel sorry for you.

[Except for the whole broadcasting-over-the-network thing. He really can't abide that anymore.]

Well, I'd hate for you to catch me too soon. It'd take all the excitement out of it.
[Play it down as far as he's willing.]

[Barricade is going to take that as an end to the conversation... which is fine by him, because it makes it much easier for him to sniff Ratchet out.

He is going to put a stop to this nonsense now.]
