003 - [audio]
[Leviathan had been dubious about Blurr's claims to have planted bombs, but she couldn't do anything but take it seriously. She would rather be the one hurt instead of someone less durable than her.
So she had gone to the only place she had known there to be a bomb: the junk pile. She had been close to it when it had gone off. Dazed and almost knocked offline, it had taken her a while to gather her wits enough to make a post on the Link.
For the first few seconds of the feed, there's only the sound of labored breathing. When she speaks, Leviathan's barely managing to keep her voice steady.]
So, I'm sure most, if not all, of you know about the bombs by now. One went off in the junk pile, so I hope no one was around there.
Ow. I-If someone can get out here, I kind of need some help. I'm injured.
[Again.]

TEXT;
On my way.
How tall are you?
[audio]
[Audio]
[Audio]
[Good thing she's making audio posts, because the expression on her face just went from pain to abject horror.]
I-I mean, someone else is coming to help. Besides, I don't think you'd be able to carry me out of here.
[Audio]
Are you sure, I mean I could always come out, just to be sure that there is somebody to help you, in case something happens to the other person.
[Audio]
I'd rather you not. I'm in terrible shape at the moment.
[Audio]
Miss Leviathan... my Papa is a medic, I'm sure I can handle seeing a little bit of damage.
[Audio]
[Despite her best efforts, Leviathan can't quite keep the pleading tone out of her voice.]
Please, I'll be okay. It might still be dangerous out here and I don't want you to get hurt.
[That's believable, right?]
[Audio]
[She wants to help, but upsetting the humanoid robot wasn't going to be helpful.]
You and who ever picks you up be careful though, okay?
[audio]
[This isn't good.]
What's the damage, and do you have help or should I come find you?
[He may only have talked to her once, but he wouldn't leave her without some form of help if she needed it... and it certainly sounded like she did.]
[audio]
[She's trying her best to sound nonchalant and cheerful, but it's hard to completely keep the pain out of her voice.]
I have some pretty bad shrapnel wounds and a severed coolant line. Thankfully I wasn't too close to the blast.
I definitely need some help getting to a medic.
[audio]
That's something, then. How long until that severed line will become a large problem, or do you have auxiliary coolant lines to supplement the efficiency you're losing by leaking? Can it be closed off?
[Many questions, perhaps, but keeping her talking and focused might be a good idea, as well as getting basic information to how much of an emergency the situation was, beyond the necessity of getting repairs.]
I'll come, then. I should... at least be able to close off the coolant line until we can get you to a medic.
[He's frowning, because yes, he saw that broadcast - too late to do anything in particual - from Ratchet and if they can't be sure he's... reliable at the moment...]
[audio]
[Here, have a set of coordinates.]
Here, this might help. I'll be waiting~.
[Like she can go anywhere.]
[audio]
[The time units humans (and derived) used wasn't something he was very used to using, even now after around half a year at the Keep.]
... And re-routing is probably a good idea if you can do it, for safety's sake if nothing else.
[audio]
Alright, let me get started on re-routing the lines.
[action]
You must have been rather close to the blast, but despite the... hm, difference, I should be able to help you.
[Since many things didn't have the courtsey of being large enough so he could easily interact with it with his hands, the tools he had were of course smaller.]
((ooc: Putting it slightly before Whil comes to rescue her?))
[action]
[It's actually worse than she made it sound. Scorched armor, cracked thrusters, numerous shrapnel wounds, and a large, leaking wound just above her left hip are the end result. At least she managed to re-route the punctured lines enough that the leaking is slow.]
[action]
[What else is there to say, considering the injuries, and he really doesn't have the knowledge nor the tools to do all that needs to be done - especially considering Leviathan isn't cybertronian.]
I'm not sure how much I can do, but at the least...
[He wishes he dared to move her up on his palm; it'd be a lot easier and he'd have more control like that, but with her wounds, he's not about to move her. Instead he gets out one of the tools Liege's little "kit" from the... dissection contained.
It's long and slender, becoming small enough at the end he can at least, carefully and somewhat slowly, but with the firm precision of something that can control even the finest of movement in their own limbs, pinch and tie off the lines that are leaking - or melt closed temporarly where needed.]
[action]
[Leviathan does her best not to move while Jetfire works, though she can't help but be impressed by how precise he is despite their large size difference.]
You're pretty good with that.
[action]
[At least she can sort of rest her weight against his hand, which, since he hasn't dared move her yet, he's just put behind her?]
... Ah, well. Thank you, though it's more necessity than anything else. Most of the things I need to interact with, even those made for other cybertronians, are smaller than what would be easy for me.
[But, of course, Leviathan is small enough this is requiring some precise carefulness.]
All right. NEW RULE. You humans need to stop finding bombs.
[Oh and lucky you? He's on his way.]
[audio]
[Oh hell no. He's the last bot she wants to see.]
[audio]
[Oh hell YES. You need a hero? HE IS ONE!]
[audio]
[Forgive her if she's not ecstatic at the prospect of being saved by Whirl.]
Besides, it's not like I wanted this to happen. I just wanted to disarm it before any humans got hurt.
[audio]
Yeah maybe you should let someone who can, you know, handle bombs handle bombs.
[Crazy thought!]
((ooc: he can rescue her or not, it's your choice!))
[audio]
Maybe I am.
I can handle bombs just fine. As long as I can find them before they detonate.
[ooc: Oh he should definitely rescue her. >:3]
[audio]
[Which you can do any time now because behold, your savior is here! Don't swoon at how awesome his cape is.]
[Okay, you can swoon a little.]
Pssshhh anyone can do that.
[He will start to look you over. For whatever creepy help that's worth.]
[action]
[If Whirl is waiting for a swoon, he's going to be disappointed. Leviathan groans when Whirl shows up, trying not to let it show that feels just as terrible as she looks. Scorched armor, cracked thrusters, numerous shrapnel wounds, and a large, leaking wound just above her left hip are what she got for her trouble.]
And here I thought you were just going to mock me over the Link.
[action]
[Hey, he'll take a swoon from blood loss. It totally counts.]
Nope. Personal service. Ma'am.
Heh. This looks like a real fra--CONSIDERABLE INJURY.
[action]
[It is taking all of her self-control not to shout at Whirl.]
Yeah, no kidding. Are you going to just stand there and watch me bleed to death, or are you going to help me?
[action]
[It's Whirl. Sorry. ]
[Leviathan. Rule one of dealing with Whirl: never give him a choice. Not if you feel strongly about which one he should choose. You're lucky that this time he is guided by boldface Justice.]
Can I--[Gnrrrrrr.] I am here to assist you in your time of need, damsel. Merely inform me how I may assist you. In your time of need.
[If it helps, he looks absolutely miserable.]
