There hasn't been too many duplicates yet, but there's enough similarities that seems to be true, yes.

[And then they got an Ultra Magnus from Robots in Disguise or something like that, and would have to revise "universal constant".]

I don't know... he makes a good commander who understands differences, so I'd think he'd know he might be different elsewhere.

I haven't met or talked with enough of them to get enough of an impression.
