I was debriefed on the situation at hand. I will say this: temporal displacement is specifically against all laws known to me. However, since this was ... an accident and not due in part to any present individuals that I know of, it seems that this is an issue I'll have to let go of.

No, because erasing things in your past isn't that simple. But maybe what you need is someone who cares enough to listen and just be there. It's not stupid or naive to think that you can help someone else by just being there for them. What's stupid, and excuse me for taking this route because I really don't like going about it this way, is attempting to shove everyone away and keep them all at arm's length if not further because you think that's what is for the best.
