I was debriefed on the situation at hand. I will say this: temporal displacement is specifically against all laws known to me. However, since this was ... an accident and not due in part to any present individuals that I know of, it seems that this is an issue I'll have to let go of.
That aside, I do have other pressing matters at hand.
I am Ultra Magnus, second in command of the Lost Light and agent of the Tyrest Accord. Rodimus, if you are present, respond.
Any other members of the Lost Light should report to me immediately.
If there's anyone else who feels they need to give me additional information, I will accept.
Ultra Magnus, out.

You knew what he was before then, didn't you?

There are other things that independently didn't seem unusual but now that I consider them more broadly... [He shakes his head.] I don't know. It concerns me, but there's also the chance it's just bias on my part talking.
[Wing nods, slowly.] I knew. He wore the purple brand without shame during the initial part of his stay in our city. I also came to how he chose to wear it in the first place.

[He wasn't on Delphi, but he knows what happened.]
Speak freely, Wing.
[Magnus grunts quietly.] Then I don't have to tell you anything else. [He won't make an argument. He may not trust or even particularly like Drift, but he's not going to throw a fit about him either. The Reintegration Act stands as it is until one wrong move is made in his mind.]

Hmm, generally I try not to speak ill of others, but if it will be of aid then certainly. [He gets the sense you're not a gossip monger Ultra Magnus, thankfully.]
Drift's reaction to the cure escalated during an invasion of these mechaniod shark creatures. Pharma seemed...resistant to make a field call? He insisted that Drift come to him when the medic knew he couldn't even stand. To my knowledge, the only thing occupying Pharma at the time was one of the creatures I saw him capture earlier as a test subject.
[He frowns, it's obvious that part definitely bothers him.]
I don't know if it's relevant, but Pharma also had a shockingly strong public reaction when he discovered that another medic he was training--Knock Out--was a Decepticon. Not so unusual in and of itself, but an anomaly admist his usual behavior. [Which was generally low-profile.]
Other than that, there's been shockingly little faction hate that I personally have seen.
[Wing smiles, knowingly.] If you thought to warn me about his past, I appreciate your concern. He's done nothing but try to keep me safe our entire time here though.

[Ultra Magnus is making a specific point to dig up a datapad and work on an entry for himself as he listens to Wing. He frowns faintly, a bit more than usual.]
Is it so unusual? For an Autobot to be wary of a Decepticon.
[His tone isn't cold, just very frank.]
Granted, the war is over where we're from, but I suppose that sort of attitude is interesting.
[He grunts softly.] I'll deal with Pharma. Thank you for the information.
...Yes, Drift was sure to tell me that he'd nearly gotten himself killed three times here. I'm sure that impresses someone.
[Video][Locked]
Not so unusual, no. But it was beyond wary. Disgust and violent outrage at the idea of working with one. He'd kept a very low profile previously and had no issue co-existing at least in minor ways before. There was something in his specific wording that stuck me as odd. [He makes a frustrated ex-vent.] I wish I could remember it, I'm sorry. I don't want to give misinformation. You might still find it on the Link...
[Wing wonders if it's faction prejudice that's led Pharma to do these things. It would explain why he seemed to have a grudge against Drift. But that seems like to much conjecture and bias and Wing is so very uncertain.]
So you think he might really be an issue? ['It's not just me?' Wing asks.]
[Wing's not certain what that has to do with Drift protecting him, but Wing gets the message regardless.]
I value all life. [Drift's far more than most.] Is it so wrong for him to want his life to matter in a positive way?
[His words don't accuse, they merely state fact and pose an inquisitive question.]
[Video][Locked]
As far as whether or not he will be an issue depends entirely on Pharma.
[Magnus raises an optic ridge at the following topic concerning Drift.]
I don't see how trying to get himself killed a few times makes his life more valued. There are other ways.
Sacrifice happens. Three times sounds... habitual.
[Video][Locked]
Hopefully it can be resolved without difficulty. [Or violence.]
[Wing tilts his head thoughtfully, because his chosen turn of phrase was intentional, being wildly open to interpretation, and it's interesting the direction Magnus takes.]
It's a two fold concept: Will the giving of one's life matter, and does it matter enough to be saved?
Habitual? You may not be wrong. [There's a touch of sadness in the admission.]
