[Video] In the Junk Pile

[dirge]

[When the camera clicks on, all that's visible above a mound of junk is a pair of yellow wings. They twitch, wiggle, and then suddenly go straight as someone murmurs something that sounds like Oh, yes. That's lovely~.

The junk shudders and then explodes outward as Dirge climbs his way out of it, shaking off random scraps.]

Another day, another new world! And this one is so full of things just lying around...

[He's holding something that looks like it could be a mangled old gas mask, pinching experimentally at the long tube hanging from it.]

This place is mine now, understand? I've marked it. [He gestures and the camera swings to the word 'DIRGE' spelled out in old cans.]

So stay away. [The screen is obscured by a pointing claw, then narrow red optics, and then....just junk. It seems he's gone back into the pile.]

Now now, don't be like that!

[Yes, she didn't try to hide it at all. She just made up a story about how she's a part of air command and tried to explain away her similarities to Starscream. All of this amuses him more than anything.]

I merely find it interesting, that's all.

Two I met very briefly, the other two I'm a little more familiar with.

They do seem to travel in pairs. [Probably coincidence, but Thundercracker and Skywarp had both gotten sucked through a Spacebridge to who knows where, and then Ramjet and Sunstorm had been picked-up by E.G., well, with help from that bounty hunter.]

I suppose you're waiting for me to offer a reward for telling me their names.

[For a moment it's almost as if Swindle is vaguely sympathetic.]

Seems to me that you're the odd one out.

[But that moment passes as he grins cheerfully at her.]

Well I don't know the names of the first two... But if I had to guess, I'd say one was a suck up and the other was a liar.

You might think so. [Before getting sucked to young Cybertron, she'd been with Starscream. Granted it was his gray, deactivated shell, but it seemed they were at an even number.]

That would have been Sunstorm and Ramjet. [but he knew Dirge and just one other fairly well, and had counted the clones as an odd number, so...] It doesn't seem Dirge was alone, was he?
