[The kid lies on his back on the large slab that's supposed to be a bed, arms folded behind his head as he stares up at the ceiling. Never mind how he got up on the thing.]

So I've been wondering... are we...not supposed to be here? Like- we weren't expected? All the rooms here are gigantic. I know we were told how we got here, but no one's really mentioned "why"...

[Slowly he sits up, drawing knees towards his chest so he can rest his arms over them. Nice as it is to have a place to stay at all, its sheer size just makes it all the more lonely, especially for its emptiness.]

Also, I guess I'm supposed to talk to someone named Prima? This temple is his or something, right? Does he live here? Um. Well, I guess it can't hurt, right? -Mister Prima, if you've got a moment?

Everyone I've spoken with says no, we weren't expected.

And they don't care what happens to us.

I thought they did, once. But I was wrong.

... There is an AI here known as Prism. It has harmed several of us. But they've done nothing to contain it, or help us in containing it.

When we tried to do something about it, they told us we weren't allowed. Under pain of their punishment.

They allowed dangerous objects loose. And warned none of us of their ability to harm and change us.

Never once have they apologized.

Never once have they seemed to realize what they've done to wrong us.

Wh....

[He frowns. And not only because he has no idea what an AI is.]

Was...Prism brought here just like us?

And who do you mean by 'they'..?

[He isn't sure what to say to that, nothing that really could make any sense of it. It wasn't as though he'd been here for very long either to really have a fair say in anything.]

N-no.... I just... don't know what I should say about it. It doesn't sound good, definitely, but... Well haven't been here as long as you so I didn't know what sort have things happened until you said.

It'd be a lie if I said it didn't.

[He shakes his head.]

It's...okay. I guess it's better to kind of know what to expect, anyway...

[The kid blinks before giving a nod.]

If they don't protect us... I will. Friends... are supposed to do that.

[Those words hit him. It's a reminder of how far away he is from his other friends.

Still, at the same time, those words warm him. For as separated as he is from Terra and Aqua, he's hardly alone. There are others here that are just as lost and alone as he is.]
