I offer a formal apology to Vector Prime and the rest of his brothers, as well as Blurr. I am aware that laws have not been officially made nor approved, but I cannot wait in the light of several criminals threatening to murder innocents and already maiming some of us -- have maimed and tortured others. This, I cannot abide by.

There are several others under suspicion here due to their... colorful history. I suspect you will know who you are without requiring me to name you so publicly.

We have proofs of the several crimes that Prism committed here, once we were done planning a safe strategy we were going to arrest him. We could try it already. [Blurr still doesn't like the 'bait' strategy Soundwave suggested, and he was trying to find a different one.]

Overlod hurt a bot here, right? [He had heard a bit about it but not the details.] That is reason enough to arrest him but we would only be able to accuse him of the crimes committed in this planet.

Jaguar's Verbal intimidation it's a lowest charge for now. We do have recordings and evidence of the threats at least.

Those under suspicion; it can't go further than that. Sometimes the abuse of powers starts with a good intention. They haven't done anything wrong here yet, and while keeping and eye on them would be the best option, arresting any of them without proofs would be going against everything the law defends.

I am very aware of how hard that is. [Shockwave is here and he would like to arrest him too but Blurr knows he can't do that.]
