By not giving you a list of names. Allow me to put this in a matter of perspective: I have a list of names of those I am suspicious of. Those that may or may not commit crimes. Those I am wary of. If I were to submit a list to anyone who requests, what if they decide to take the law into their own hands? What if they hurt or kill the people on my list?

And what if those people in my list ended up being innocents, despite my suspicions?
