[Video] -transmission from Vector's Quadrant | This is all Blurr's fault
[There is, for some reason, not a lot of light; since even with the lack of strong sunlight but adding the light from the spire in Prima's Quadrant the Haven isn't usually that dark, it's obvious Cliffjumper's inside... somewhere.]
Okay, most important point first; I've checked Vector Prime's temple, an' going back and forth towards the Badlands and the Quadrant itself while looking for Blurr. Hope someone else's checking elsewhere.
[Most of the light, in fact, comes from below, from Cliffjumper's headlights, the glow from his optics, and behind, so that ought to be "outside". What can be seen is looking quite rocky.
Apparently he found a cave or something somewhere down the gorge Vector Prime's temple is located in.]
Don't think he'd be in here, but gonna check anyway.
Second... [Cliffjumper glances down into the feed and snorts.] For what it's worth, the Soundwave an' Megatron with red 'Con insignia? They're good mechs. So don't go shootin' or punching them, unders--- the slaag!
[The narrow stare - a glare, almost, in an attempt to impress the importance because he just doesn't want a similar situation like Fortress Maxumus punching Soundwave again, morphs into wide-eyed surprise before the feed gets rather... blurry as Cliffjumper simply gets hauled up in the air by something.
The swearing abruptly gets cut of by a crunching slam before the ill-lit darkness gets intermittently furtherlit up by laser blasts (and more yelled swearing), revealing something with... a lot of metallic tendrils apparently intent on slamming the minibot against the cave wall repeatedly, though by now Cliffjumper has a hand out to stop that somewhat.]
Fragging... Oh, no you don't--!
[There's another slam, and the video goes.
... a little help here, perhaps?]

[Action!]
Wasn't that what we were workin' on!?
[Well, at least Blurr got his foot free, but Cliffjumper's got both his legs trapped and tentacles curling way too close up around them to be completely comfortable.
As long as Blurr doesn't stay still, he should at least be able to continue to avoid the tentacles... hopefully.]
I don't think it's gonna listen even if we ask it nicely to let go! Might be territorial...
[However a bunch of metal tentacles would be territorial, but maybe the tentacles were all that was visible of something that had something more to it.]
[Action!]
Dam tentacles really, they are disgusting. Blurr tries to cuff off some more from Cliffjumper's body but he's also tryign to be careful because killing your friends in the process is counterproductive when you are trying to help him.] What EVEN is that!? NonevermindIdontreallywanttoknow.
[There was a escape route near this cave...somewhere.]
[Action!]
[Cliffjumper groans and it's nice Blurr's helping, but that means there's a blade. Near his frame. And he doesn't want to keep still but for that, he will.]
Ain't go a slag-spittin' clue and hopefully Megatron gets here soon!
[Because those tentacles certainly don't like being cut off, and even in the dim light it's obvious the walls are sort of... heaving. Or writhing.]
[Action!]
He swoops down, entering the cave in jet mode before transforming as he let his momentum carry him further inside. There is a high whine as his cannon powers up.]
Sorry if I'm late.
[Action!]
[Blurr had to stop and dodge a tentacle aimed to his head. Those things were getting vicious and he could hear something roaring ad getting close.] fragfragfragfrag...AH!
[Blurr could kiss you Megatron.] Careful!
[Action!]
[Well, luckily Blurr dodged it and then Megatron came roaring in and the only thing missing was the steed, but then, being cybertronian he was both knight and steed in one.]
Watch the walls, Megatron! I think this thing's---ah!-- bigger than it seems.
[He'd been ignoring the tightening and yanking, but it was getting a bit hard.]
An' it's what it sounds like. Fires a gas that turns metal similarly brittle like glass for a klik or so.
[Action!]
[He moved toward the center of the cave, doing his best to keep from getting too close.
Looking at the situation he reconsidered the use of his cannon, instead deciding his sword would be more helpful. His cannon powered down, a blue colored blade shifting out of the tank drone.]
Let's see what I can do to help you get free.
[Action!]
[Guess who can hit tentacles, dodge some of those, and still talk? This bot here. Blurr is trying really hard to keep the tentacles in line while Megatron helps Cliffjumper to get free, but fighting is not his forte.]
[Action!]
[There's a frustrated yell as the momentarily but obviously (to Cliffjumper, anyway), embarrassing moment of relaxing now that Megatron's here as well meant he got distracted long enough for the tentacles to securely get both hands yanked up above his helm and basically useless.]
Frag it all to the infernal smelting pits of rusting, scraplet-infested slag!
[Guys, please get him down from here. 8(]
[Action!]
Stay sharp everyone. The more of us that can act the better our chances of getting free and out of here.
[Action!]
He caught him with a muffled 'ohmph'. Cliff you are heavy D8.]
Wereallyshoudlleavenow.
[Action!]
Embarrassed, yes, but still thankful.]
Thank... both of ya. An' yeah, we should. Just gimmie an astro...
[That said, the gun Cliffjumper pulls out now looks like any gun... except the fact that when he fires, somewhat easily managing to avoid Megatron if only due to the lack of wind in the cave, what comes out is a fine, opaque white mist.]
Give it a klik, an' then we'll get outta here easily, it's gonna be too wounded to do much as soon as we can shoot it with the glass gas in effect!
[Action!]
How fast will either of you be able to move? Are either of you damaged?
[He didn't want to wait around for what ever repercussions of this could happen, and was planning how to get all of them out as fast as possible, including grabbing up both smaller bots to do so.]
[Action!]
I'm fine I CAN change into my altmode an take Cliff with me YOU can fly inside here?
[Action!]
[It's a goodnatured grumble rather than an annoyed one; he's not actually hurt... well, not severely, because he does have quite a few good dings and cracks.]
Just be ready to hit the tentacles when the gas sets in, which ought to be about... now.
[As if to prove his point, one flailing tentacle whipped towards Megatron, but when it slammed into the large Decepticon, it cracked, and when the tentacle was whipped backwards and accidentally whit another tentacle, it shattered.]
[Action!]
[He responded to both smaller bots as the tentacle whipped at him, the slam only making him shift his balance slightly as, rather then his armor taking the stress, the now brittle tentacle cracked. He started to move toward the exit, his sword out and being used to slam into any tentacle that was in his way.]
[Action!]
[He blinked in confusion at the tentacle shattering against Megatron's chest and then he kicked one that was moving closer to their legs. It shattered easily too.]
[Action!]
[He has to cut himself off, because yes, he knows Blurr is faster than he is. Nothing to be defensive over.
And apparently the creature has realised its limbs are shattering, because there's another rumble around the cave and the walls and even the ground heaves as suddenly, more tentacles appear.
Separating from the walls and ground itself.]
... Okay time to leave.
[He doesn't squeak, he's been involved with worse, but he can't deny that his optics went wide and bright.]
[Action!] hope this is okay, tell me if I should change it.
No time for arguments.
[Already he was moving forward, keeping both bots held tight to his body he propelled all three of them toward the exit.]
[Action!] 8D! it's fine with me
Woah
WOAH
aghkjhds Blurr wasn't expecting that at all. He was so stunned that he could only blink in confusion as they leave the creature behind them. That was a good thing, even if the new strategy was quite unusual.]
[Action!] XD Definitely!
[Cliffjumper yells, surprised, but then, well. Maybe this is just for the best because at least they're getting out of here real fast and all three at the same time, no risk of anyone falling behind.
That's good.
What's not so good was the mass of tentacles he could see following them, but most of them were covered in a faint sheen of an opaque silvery colour, marking them as affected by the glass gas, so he quickly gets an actual blaster out and shoots at the few that gets too close as they leave the cave.
He's not going to be ashamed for feeling somewhat revelived that they're out of there.]
