[There's a moment of fuzz before the video actually settles and comes through completely, Smokescreen standing just outside Alpha Trion's temple, one hand resting on his hip as he holds the camera with the other. He'd been filled in by an acolyte, of course, but that didn't make him any less prepared to believe completely, meaning that he had to go out and see everything for himself. A part of him wanted to find Alpha Trion himself--mostly because he couldn't believe the other was still functioning--but right now he wanted to see if he could find any of the others.]

Smokescreen reporting in. Anyone from Team Prime out there? I figured it'd be best to touch base with at least someone before I started trying to just find you guys or something like that.

[Despite the odd nature of his situation, Smokescreen seems pretty relaxed--or he's at least keeping himself together pretty well because he's not really sure how he got back to Cybertron. Sure the acolyte had told him about that giant hole that was dumping people through but..that..was about as believable as saying Starscream had changed for the better. At least in his opinion.]

Arcee? Bumblebee? Bulkhead? Ratchet? Optimus? Anyone? Come on guys, don't leave me hanging please. I really want to get the real details of whatever's going on and you're the ones I want to hear it from. As much as I'd love to just believe this was all good and well and Cybertron was really in an okay state like this, you'll understand if I completely and totally don't believe it right?

[He's itching to go and do something, like always, shifting his weight back and forth as his doorwings twitch some.]

Though, it would perhaps do you some good to specify which Autobots you're searching for. Several different time-streams and universal representations are present in the area designated "Haven", along with Decepticons hailing from similar circumstances.

Now then. Given your basic structural design, I'm inclined to believe you aren't attempting to hail myself, though I have been mistaken previously. Regardless.

Yes, I'm aware. I did the same thing upon my arrival and received nothing but confusion. Apparently there are multiple individuals sharing the same designation here. Two Ratchets, two Starscreams, and so on.

Earth. I'm not familiar with that planet. You're the first Cybertronian to mention it, however... the only other individual who spoke of it was organic in composition.

From what I recall, there were no Cybertronians of either faction stationed on any planet other than Cybertron. At least, last I'd heard. We were planning a full-scale evacuation, in the near future, however.

Indeed. Optimus ordered it shortly after we discovered the planet was in its final stages of life. Essentially, becoming nothing short of a husk.

... Which I believe answers your question. Cybertron is dying. We've barely enough energon to exist on at the moment, and all reserves have been dedicated to the restoration and launching of the Ark.

Mm, the exact amount of time escapes me at the moment. Long enough for Megatron to corrupt the core to the point of no possible restoration.

[All Smokescreen can really do is stare for a second because while the Cybertron back in his world or whatever was void of life too, as far as anyone knew, he didn't remember anything similar to what this mech was saying.]

The Ark wasn't yet ready for launch. I was still in the process of shutting down the city around it, transferring our energon reserves.

So, I honestly couldn't tell you.

At the moment, I'm currently compiling data gathered from various sources during a... misadventure wrongly labeled as an expedition to map the area around the Haven.

Which unfortunately contains multiple landmarks titled with improper monikers relating to the creator of various individuals.

....Yeah that sounds like a lot of fun.
