[There's a moment of fuzz before the video actually settles and comes through completely, Smokescreen standing just outside Alpha Trion's temple, one hand resting on his hip as he holds the camera with the other. He'd been filled in by an acolyte, of course, but that didn't make him any less prepared to believe completely, meaning that he had to go out and see everything for himself. A part of him wanted to find Alpha Trion himself--mostly because he couldn't believe the other was still functioning--but right now he wanted to see if he could find any of the others.]

Smokescreen reporting in. Anyone from Team Prime out there? I figured it'd be best to touch base with at least someone before I started trying to just find you guys or something like that.

[Despite the odd nature of his situation, Smokescreen seems pretty relaxed--or he's at least keeping himself together pretty well because he's not really sure how he got back to Cybertron. Sure the acolyte had told him about that giant hole that was dumping people through but..that..was about as believable as saying Starscream had changed for the better. At least in his opinion.]

Arcee? Bumblebee? Bulkhead? Ratchet? Optimus? Anyone? Come on guys, don't leave me hanging please. I really want to get the real details of whatever's going on and you're the ones I want to hear it from. As much as I'd love to just believe this was all good and well and Cybertron was really in an okay state like this, you'll understand if I completely and totally don't believe it right?

[He's itching to go and do something, like always, shifting his weight back and forth as his doorwings twitch some.]

[Smokescreen's mood mimics Bulkhead's a bit, the rookie nodding though he's still somber in his own right.]

Yeah, I mean..you still have some healing to do but you're a lot better than you were.

[It does his spark some good to hear that. A relief to know that eventually he gets well enough to help the team again. When right now he feels almost useless.]

[He gives the other a reassuring grin--almost a smile even--doorwings twitching happily.]

[There's a hint of frustration in his tone. Still frustrated over Ratchet disappearing, and his inability to do much to help look for him.]

[Smokescreen's expression starts to fall a bit but he catches himself and puts on yet another determined look.]

All anyone can ask of you is just to keep doing your best, Bulkhead. I doubt anyone is giving up on you--I know I won't!

[Bulkhead's expression shifts from annoyed, to his own determination. The image shifting with him as he pushes himself up. The tires on his back rolling a little with the movement.]

Where ya at, kid? [He wants to meet this optimistic bot face to face.]

[The rookie immediately perks up more, doorwings shifting in a happy little movement at the determination he sees on Bulkhead's face.]

Alpha Trion's temple!

Huh, shoulda guessed.

[Smokescreen had said he guarded the guy at one time. Why would't he be there? As he moves, there's that familiar sound of metal scraping against the floor as he walks.]

I'm at Solus Prime's temple.

[Smokescreen thinks for a moment before he speaks again, that familiar sound making him a bit more thoughtful.]

I could come by if you want. I need to explore this place anyway and talking in person is always better if you ask me. Or we could meet up somewhere if you wanted because, I dunno about you, but I'm ready to get out and stretch my legs a bit.

[Either way, Bulkhead just wants to get out. He hates being cooped up and idle. Smoke's just giving him a reason.]

I can meetcha outside Solus's temple. Yeah, I want to meet face to face, specially a teammate. [One he didn't know about till now, but details details.]

Solus' temple. Gotcha. I'll be there in a bit then!

[He'd be lying if he said he wasn't pleased about meeting with the other, really just wanting to be near someone familiar--even if Bulkhead doesn't know him.]

[He'll close the connection. Sure enough, he'll be heading outside of the temple to meet up with Smokescreen, though Smoke might beat him there.]

[Oh yeah, he'll definitely beat Bulkhead there if only because he's so excited at meeting up with someone in person. The rookie sets out immediately after the connection was closed, finding his way to the temple in pretty good time considering he doesn't know his way around yet.

Transforming back to bot mode on arrival, Smokescreen bounces on his feet a bit as he waits for Bulkhead, doorwings lifting as he grins brightly when the other arrives.]

Bulkhead!

[Jeez Smokescreen, not like he's anybody important. Either way, he's making his way outside. His feet are dragging, but he's not leaning on anything for support at the moment.

He looks up at his name and let's his optics focus on the younger bot, starting a little at the face. Man, you almost look like Optimus.

He'll approach the other bot, offering a slight smile.]

Smokescreen, right?

[Action]

That's me!

[It's probably a good thing that Bulkhead didn't say the Optimus comment out loud--might have made Smokescreen's ego burst a bit. Still, his excitement boils over a bit--excitement and relief--the rookie moving right up to Bulkhead without hesitation as he grins.]

I know you have no slagging clue who I am but it really, really is good to see a familiar face in person.

[Action] Ack, been meaning to tag this, lol.

[Bulkhead stops as Smokescreen approaches. Man this bots got a lot of energy in him.]

Heh, it's good to meet somebody addin' to our numbers back home. [He'll offer him a hand to shake.]

Specially one with so much optimism.

[Smokescreen immediately takes the offered hand, grinning brightly.]

I do my best. With the optimism thing I mean. It's not hard to have optimism though when you're apart of Team Prime. I mean, what greater honor and privilege is that?

[Then again, knowing that Bulkhead is a former Wrecker, working alongside him seems that much more of a privilege as well.]
