[Contrary to his previous postings, this time, Perceptor sounds rather harried.]
Yes, it would seem I've been tasked with a rather unpleasant notification...
Regardless, Commander Ultra Magnus wished me to inform the lot of you that he has, somehow, managed to subdue the Decepticon known as "Overlord", and, exceptionally pretentious title aside, wished the denizens of the Haven to be notified.
[There are some tapping noises, as he's apparently working on something while he makes this announcement.]
He is currently in the process of returning the casualties and wounded to the local medical bay. Any medical staff currently in residence are asked to prepare both themselves and their equipment as speedily as possible.
... which, I suppose includes myself. So if someone would be so kind as to ah, point me in the general direction...
((ooc: with permission from Magnus and Overlord's muns :|b))

[Drift sounds exhausted: it's been a long day.]

It's utterly impossible for life to return to a dead shell. If that were so, a good many Autobots would still be functional right now. I understand that grief can cause wild grasping at seemingly ridiculous prospects but, false hope does little for the wounded.

The rules don't work here the same as they do wherever you're from.
[voice]
Preposterous. Perhaps the "corpse" was simply misidentified.

And he was pretty sure he was dead.
no subject
"Pretty sure" is not certainty.

I believe him. You can, or not, but I choose to believe in others, and in hope.

Concern myself with the wretched piles of dead metal when this mess has resolved itself.

It flies in the face of all scientific and biological fact.

This place does. Ask your friends about Alpha Trion and his pages.
[Not gonna volunteer the whole 'turned into a Harajuku girl' thing. Nope.]

Or whatever it is he's classified as.

Before that, Prism was trapped in a human body by one of the First Forged. That was the First Forged, too.
Overlord is a phase sixer. Or was.

And, as I said, the matter of patching together the inevitable piles of spare parts I'm to be receiving takes precedence over matters metaphysical. I'll take it all into consideration once this matter has been resolved.
... Brilliant. Now. What is it that means? Such a term apparently does not exist in my world, or, if it did, I was never privy to hearing it.

Myself included.
[Sarcasm? Drift can't tell. ] They were the sixth stage of Decepticon siege protocols. Phase Six was the complete annihilation of life, to prepare a planet for cyberforming. One mech, who could do all that.
no subject
[Now that was sarcasm.]
Siege protocols...? No, I've never heard a word of any of that. What utterly delightful creatures, those Decepticons.
no subject
[He sees your Sarcasm and counters with Bright Side.]
It was methodical. Decepticons believe that their existence takes precedence over any weaker species. [He knows because he was one. He believed that.]

I can't imagine why he was brought here.

no subject
I can't believe we'd be brought here just for that.
