[Video] [Originating from Trionic Temple]
[The feed opens to show everyone's favourite crow girl, who...in all honesty has been in better spirits. In fact, she's nothing like how she usually is. Instead of bouncing around, she's taken to remaining curled in a beanbag chair in her room, holding the link as if it could disappear at any moment. Her eyes are red and puffy, her cheeks are tear streaked, it's...it's a mess. When she realizes the feed is on, those eyes harden for a moment.]
I want to see everyone right now. Bad things happen when people leave.
[She's rather short on words right now.]

Soundwave...I need to see you. Please.

Thank you for picking me up...

. . . I'm sorry.
Can I help? [A little late to be offering, but...]
If it's not too much. I just...need to see someone.
[Video] --> Action?
[There's barely a hesitation at all before he's standing and moving.]
I'm on my way.
Action
Still. That didn't ease her worries about Overlord.]
Action - feel free to ignore if this is too old OTL
[Thundercracker has enough social grace to knock before letting himself into the girl’s room, though he doesn’t wait for an answer first. He crosses straight to her, kneeling and crouching over her. He’s not really conscious of it, but his wings shift a bit on his back, flaring a little more, as much as the moorings allow, as if to shield and protect her.]
Talk to me, Kay?
[He’s not much good for comfort . . . but he can be a good listener.]
It's fine! c:
D-Do you know Overlord?
<3
[Twenty-some-feet tall is definitely impressive. He tries to lessen it some, though. He has to resist the urge to just pick her up to bring her to optic level.]
No, though I've been hearing a lot. And I don't care for anything I've heard.

[She seems to shake at just mentioning him.]
no subject
["Horrible" kind of pretty well defines his life and the caliber of people he's kept company with - inasmuch as he's "kept company" with ANYONE outside of his trine - for the last several millennia, so he's pretty desensitized to it. But looking at Kay, he's reminded that not everyone is.]
[After a moment's hesitation, he puts his hands out and down for her - an offer to pick her up.]
Come.
[He thinks he knows what might help. It always helps him, anyway.]
no subject
W-Where are we going?
no subject
[For all that he's a Seeker – for all that he's a Decepticon - he's patient as he lets Kay move into his hand at her own pace, and he's careful, gentle even, as he lifts her up to himself.]
You could use a distraction. Have you ever flown before?
no subject
[Other than that, purely grounded.]
no subject
Well . . . it's time to change that, then. Today, you'll pilot a jet fighter.
[It says something for how far he's come that he'd let a human "pilot" him – even if only in name (all of the human-interface controls in the cockpit are just for show) – but . . . he's grown fond of the little femme. If he's careful to monitor the pressure in his cockpit and he keeps himself relatively slow – slow for a jet – he' s sure she'll be fine to fly without the special suit he knows that human jet pilots wear. He's actually looking forward to sharing flight with her. How doesn't thrill at the freedom of the open skies? Especially for the first time.]
no subject
I...I really can? You'll let me??
no subject
[Her reaction actually gets a hint of a grin from the usually stoic jet.]
The controls are just for mimicry if I need to try to pass myself as a human-built Eagle, but . . . you'll be in the cockpit, and we'll go where you want.
[That's the same thing, right? Close enough?]
[He'll head outside with her, set her down, and transform. He folds in his landing gear, resting on his belly and letting his weight roll him to one side slightly, so that he's resting on the tip of the wing nearest her. With his canopy open, she should be able to pull herself up and climb in.]
no subject
Success!!
no subject
[Well, if she's that nimble, maybe next time he'll keep the landing gear down. Give her that much more of a challenge. Some experiences are sweeter the harder you have to work for them. Her crow of triumph gets a low chuckle from somewhere behind the panel and over the comm system.]
[Once she's settled, he'll instruct her in how to properly hook up the restraining harness. Down goes the landing gear, lifting him back up off his belly. Swinging about on his tires, he'll taxi around a little until he can find a stretch of suitable land, flat and long enough for take-off.]
Hang on, Kaye. ...and don't you get sick on me. I don't have a vomit bag or whatever it's called.
[He just . . . needed to make sure she knows. Because that possible complication just occurred to him and PIT that would be just gross.]
[With that, he'll take off!]
no subject
Don't worry! I'm a master. I once rode a roller coaster eight times and I didn't even get sick once!
[Because roller coasters and jets are totally the same thing.]
no subject
[For the most part? No, not even close. But in terms of the speed and G-forces compared to what humans were normally accustomed? Okay, he can see it.
He's not even going to contemplate how "pathetic" it might be that he even knows what a roller coaster is.]Good. Maybe we'll test that, then.
[He'll still closely monitor things. He truly doesn't want to damage her.]
[He finds himself enjoying her excitement. But then, she should be. There is nothing better than flying. He revels in the freedom of the skies whenever he can.]
[And with a roar, they're in the air, the power of his turbines shuddering through his frame. He'll climb quickly, level off, then lazily bank, tilting just enough that she can see the ground and how high they are.]
no subject
It doesn't take him long to reach coasting level, and when her stomach recovers from it, she opens her eyes and looks out the window.
Cybertron was...beautiful from the sky.]
W-Wow...! Is this how you always see it...?
no subject
It is. Whenever I can.
[His voice is low, almost reverent . . . but then it takes a hint of a mischievous tone.]
So . . . where would you like to go, Kaye?
no subject
Oh oh! Go over Mr. Prima's temple!!
