I know I'm not the only one feeling it, and I can't be the only one noticing a pattern here. People are feeling weird and there's been a general surge of interest in the Badlands. So just what in the Pit is causing this, and why does it want us out there? This is your prompting to starting throwing wild speculation around, everyone.

Firstforged? Any of you want to fill us in? You know, beyond the whole 'it's dangerous, don't go out there' deal.

As far as we can tell, there's an energy spike within the Badlands themselves. You're feeling the effects as the Call piercing through what defenses we have.

We're doing our best to counter it.

We are only able to gather so much from the Badlands. It- is difficult, at best, to obtain any sort of data from that area, despite our best efforts.

Yet groups of people have wandered out there on their own and come back just fine.

Well... I'd guess that if the glyphs aren't just meant to show our... alignment with a particular Firstforged, but also meant to protect us from... what brought us here, what's out there, I'd guess it's nothing good.

Mutants? Something to do with Unicron? Hard to tell like this... So noisy.

[Elita shrugs, a shift of metal, and it's taking all her concentration to stay in her room. She's once or twice caught herself wandering the halls of Solus' temple, on the way out with no recollection of going from here to there. It's unnerving.]

If that's the case it isn't doing much good, considering how many mechs are feeling the effects of this... 'Call.' Won't be long until someone gives in and wanders off into Pit knows what.

Too late for that, even if I'm unsure why he reacted much stronger than everybody else, earlier. One of us have already tried to wander off.

I'm not counting people who were stopped. I haven't heard of anyone successfully wandering out there, yet.

Well, one of the Starscreams did wander out there a while ago, and completely dropped off the grid... He was back later, but if he's said anything about it to anyone, it's been off the Link, or encrypted.

He hasn't said much about it publicly, that's for sure. [ Someone has spent a lot of time dredging through the Link for info on this. ]

It'd be nice if the Firstforged could be bothered to give us more information on what, exactly, is out there.

Either they know, and for whatever reason, justified or not, have decided not to tell us... Or they might not exactly at al all know.
