They are servants of the Firstforged, who are the beings who reign over the area known as the Haven. Until recently, all new arrivals awoke in one of their temples, bearing a marking on their upper arm, with one of the Acolytes in attendance to explain the situation.

We are currently residing on Cybertron, albeit a different version from our own. We arrived here through an anomaly known as the Lambda, which appears to be a rift in time and space, connecting an unknown number of universes and dimensions. At this time there is no known way to return through it.

If you have any specific questions regarding the current circumstances, I would be happy to attempt to answer them for you.
