[Why are you so cute Driller it's not fair. He trots over and looks up at the creature, cocking his head in a smile.]

Hey there. I'm sorry, if you've been worried.

[It's the puppy like face. The Driller rumbles, extending a tentacle towards Fracas and bumping him. You weren't in the room back at the temple for a long time and it couldn't find you anywhere.]

[It really is. Fracas rocks slightly on his heels, reaching to pet that tentacle soothingly.]

[Fracas gets a small hiss, not from the petting - oh it likes that - but because it's upset how how long he's been gone. Even if Fracas didn't know it doesn't change what its instincts tell it. And it's being told that it should be upset about the death and upset because it should protect him. Master likes Fracas, he's family. That is something to protect. It'll just have to protect him now like the tiny hatchling he is.

It extends a few more tentacles, gently wrapping them around Fracas' waist.]

[He's sure the hiss isn't in response to the petting. He was, apparently, gone. Offlined. But now he's back and really even Fracas doesn't know how to feel about that. Aside from realizing he has a long way to go to be able to protect himself. Just have to keep trying to get better at it.

The tentacles wrapping around his waist gets a little exvent out of him, and he lifts his arms a little. Hello there.]

[Gently the Driller pick him up, opening its cockpit and moving the Vehicon over to it, carefully placing him in. It can't just drop him, that could damage his legs and then that would not be good. Shutting the cockpit, Driller dives into the ground, the cables within him wriggling out to curl around his passenger.]

[Fracas holds still, letting the Driller put him in its cockpit. He doesn't even protest the interior cables wriggling around him. It's awfully strange, sure, but... that's just kind of what the Driller does and he's okay with that.]

[Driller rumbles happily as it moves through the ground with ease. Cables continue to curl and wiggle around the Vehicon, Fracas is good, it likes him. And because it likes him it won't even try and connect up without permission. It is a good Driller.]

[Aww, that's very sweet of you, Driller. Fracas squirms a little every once in a while - ticklish spots! - but eventually even offers up a port in his forearm for the Driller to connect to. You want?]

[Oh Fracas you know just what to do to make the Driller rumble in a happy way. A cable coils down the Decepticon's arm connecting up.]

[He does try. And besides, he really doesn't mind doing it for the Driller.]

[Fracas is confused about the situation but is very happy to see you!]

[It gives its cockpit a shake, it's happy to see you too, Fracas.

I hope so. I didn't even know anything happened until people explained it to me.

[The whole situation is strange in the extreme. But at least the Driller is familiar.]

[It hopes so too. It didn't like having its master's roommate die. Not when Fracas was as nice as he was.

[Of course he'll stay. He reaches up to pet one of the cables jacked into his arm, comforting.]
