Is it? I would think, one implies ownership and the other custodianship. They've said they don't want to rules us, and Vector at least only to wants to look after us. They've not made any demands of us to fight for them, only taken what we've offered.

But we're not talking about things as extreme as slavery and oppression. They seem to prefer non-interference if possible.
