[Well, he got over that whole being dead thing fast. Must be a thing with Wreckers.  The feed shows Wheeljack at a distance, sizing up an empty area of the Haven, doing perimeters, measuring, you name it.  It might be better not to ask, but do you really want to take that chance? Best to just get it over with.  Wheeljack seems to realize the feed is on, which is understandable, putting his hands to his hips as he looks back at the empty plot.]

So. We've all been here how long...and no one's thought to build a ship?

[He puts his fingers in the picture-frame position, scratching his helm.]

Figure I'd try and remake my own ship, the Jackhammer. See what it's like up by the Lambda.

"It...was a good idea, Wheeljack"

[That voice was not his own, but seemed to come from the vicinity. It makes the Wrecker perk up considerably, though.]

I thought so too.

...

Any of you got some free time?

And Solus, if ya've got a minute...

That's a terrible name.

I certainly hope you're going to be more creative this time around. Regardless, you're going to need someone to oversee the more technical aspects of this design.

I did build the Ark. I'm certain I could come up with something.

There's a wretched lack of things to do in this place, now that no one's dying or running off to die.

I don't see why not.

Indeed. The Ark. Cybertron's last hope of survival, essentially. Optimus had it commissioned when Megatron corrupted the planet's core. Or shortly thereafter -- Trypticon rather interrupted matters.

Unfortunately, yes. And, given a mind such as my own? Boredom is a terrible state to be in.

Other attempts were made... however, Megatron was disinclined to allow anyone to leave the planet. Few, if any, succeeded.

Perceptor.

But, very well.

No. He was rather set on keeping things as they were... for whatever the reason.

I suppose I'll regret this, later.

We're not calling it that.

I'm not naming it after you and Commander Magnus, thank you.

The 'hammer' portion.

Commander Magnus is well-known for his ability to wield an oversized hammer.

And thus why we will not be calling this ship by that name.

If I'm going to work on it, it stands to reason that I should have a say.
