[The smile turns a little rueful again.]

That's good. I'm sorry you have to learn the hard way. But at least you only have to learn it once...not everyone does.

[He nods.] The overcharge stresses your systems, often taking in standard grade can help stabilize them again. There's even medical grade than is even more beneficial, but that might be in rare supply here. You don't have to take much, and just sip it slowly.
