[Wing seems all business when he appears on the link this time, datapad in hand to be certain he covers all his priorities.]

For those new arrivals who are not yet aware, there is lodging avaliable in the habitation wing of the Hub. The wing is not yet complete so we can't promise much in the way of luxury or creature comforts, but the construction is sound, secure and should meet basic needs. Feel free to choose an unoccupied suite.

One of the suites on the main floor has been reserved for medical services. Its not fully staffed however so if you need medical attention and a medic is not present you can use the Link to find one.

​I have a favor to ask if you are so inclined. Do you remember the conversation we had a while back about my altmode reconfiguration? I’ve spoken with Solus and she says she can help me but schematics are required. Do you think this is something you could help me out with by chance?

[There might be more issues, of course, but since it was mostly about creating larger space for a bigger cockpit, the attendant problems were all connected to that.]

Thank you, it's well past the time I should have had this done... [ So many things going on, but if he keeps putting it off, it'll never get done. And he's had multiple situations since where it's been not just a want but a need. ]

That's correct yes. I also have the needed data for human tolerances which should be helpful for any relevant cockpit requirements as well as system programming later.

It's so easy to let things be forgotten or slide until "later", isn't it? But even with a... er, current project that I'm doing, we should have time enough to at the least get started, so whenever you're free.

[Megatron's portal is of course important, but all the shematics matches up to relevant engineering... What's missing is the necessary accounting for and neutralisation of any possible interference oscillation on the dimensional level, which they don't have the devices for to figure out at the moment.]

Depending on your present schematics, and the capabilities of your nanites we'll know what can easily be done besides any specific shifting of mass...

How comfortable were you thinking?

[Security being one thing and probably a lot easier to create in appropriate dimensions than "comfort". He's frowning thoughtfully, looking over what he can see of Wing at the moment, thinking of what he's seen in person and considering where mass could be shifted whiile not compromising anything...

He'll still need all relevant schematics, of course, since they aren't talking about merely scanning a suitable altmode but rather shifting things around in the current one to make space where there presently is none.]

And as for the other project--and pardon me if I'm prying too much--but would it involve Megatron's portal? I only ask because it's on my errand list as well.

I...think I have a copy of my current schematics. [Stashed somewhere deep in his memory core by the medics so he couldn't delete it in favor of music or history or prose.]

[He muses a moment.] As comfortable as reasonably possible, but I imagine we'll have to make some compromises, but not in the way of safety. And um... [He sounds suddenly very casual.] if it's possible to include a sound system that's be grand... [He knows it'd make a lot of people happy, himself included.]

... It is, yes. [He has the grace to look slightly abashed.] Whatever becomes of this, if nothing else, it might help us later... And I'm still unsure the interaction of the portal, if it works as it should, and the Lambda's interdimensional disturbance might not make it impossible for it to function.

[He hopes not, because if so they do indeed need something to neutralise it and that... would take a while. And he has the feeling that no matter what, it'd take too long, given the Glyphless' situation.]

That should be fine, any particular place you'd prefer to meet? [It wasn't as if both of them wouldn't have an easy time getting wherever. Jetfire rubbed his chin slowly.]

While it won't be impossible to regain them if you don't have then, it'll be slower if we have to map them out again... And they will be necessary, since even if this is a relatively restricted modification prospect, we can't just move mass and perhaps structures around without knowing why they are where they are.

Safety shouldn't be too great of an issue; if anything we should be able to borrow Starscream, and a... ah, sound system ought not be impossible. Modifying your comm. system should work...

[Jetfire tilts his helm as he considers this, curious as to why Wing would want it, but overall it's not the most complicated thing to provide.]

[Wing's not phased, who would want to advertise such a project anyway?] I had several concerns as well, mostly logistically. Materials are so hard to come by, I want to be certain the project is viable before we deprive out other projects of them. And there's the question of safety, side effects to the user and either world, ...and other, potential hazards?

[It's Megatron after all... his may not be as concerned about side effects...]

I can come to you, I assume some measure of examination may be necessary, it might be easier if you're at home in whatever workspace you have yes?

[He pauses, as if doing deep memory retrieval.] No...I think I have something that should work. Yes, definitely. [Thank those sneaky medics...]

[He chuckles silently at the 'borrow Starscream' comment.] I'm sure he'd eager to assist. And that would be wonderful. I like music, and I know several of my potential passengers so as well. It's more of a want than a need of course, but since we're at it...

There's that, yes... Considering we lack factories to make the finer parts needed, even with all the raw materials available. But I doubt you need to worry about the safety [Jetfire frowns, drumming his fingers against his arm, visible at the lower edge of the screen] as while the portal in theory should be able of puncturing the time-space to reach other dimensions, it's a controlled, cut off-area; the same as normal transwarp and while that always carries a percentage of risk, the basic mechanism and interactions should be accounted for.

[He was honestly more worried and curious about the potential reaction with the very uncontrolled and not at all restricted time-space anomany they'd all come through, and its effect on an organised transwarp, interdimensional or not.]

[Jetfire has to look up, shaking his helm as he realises Wing's talking again, and nods.]

Ah, of course. Here, then. [Have coordinates to what will be shown to be one of the buildings on a terrace on/against Liege's temple and mountain, not in the temple itself.] A few levels of examination, yes, just to make sure everything matches up, and to discuss not just where things can go but where you would like them to go.

[He can't help but chuckle at Wing's comment about Starscream, so they're even.] With caveats of course, but yes, modifying an actual sound system shouldn't be too complicated, but you would still need music available, of course.

[Wing nods, that was his thought as well.] Not to mention skilled labor to do the building. So the plans--as they are--are safe and functional, but the Lambda is an unknown and potentially dangerous variable?

[Wing is glad he's spent so much time around the scientists in Crystal City, it means he could, at least to some degree, speak and understand the language.]

That sounds like a great place to start, I'll be on my way shortly then.

[It's good they share that mutual understanding.] That's wonderful! I do have music actually. Just...no really way to enjoy or share it. [A little slip of a pout there, whoops.]

It seems that way. And since we as of yet have no reliable way of even getting reasonably close to the Lambda...

[He shrugs slightly, frown briefly present, but it's hard to frown when Wing's pouting, however briefly. Jetfire manages not to smile at that.]

We'll see what we can do about that, then. The door'll be open. I usually don't bother locking it while I'm here, since as of yet, not that many know where this is.
