Greetings. [Jetfire probably looks a bit too serious for the topic this is going to be revealed to be about, but he's simply like that.]
After I promised someone who's not... er, as big as some of us a way to get around more easily, it was clear more of you would need the same. Since unless you've found something in the Junk Pile or can always trust to quickly have a nearby cybertronian offer or ask them, which might not always be possible in an emergency.
So, this is hopefully a workable solution... [Jetfire briefly partly turns away from the feed, and when he turns back he angles the arm he has the computer screen on that's recording to show a... well, it reminds of a disc. Maybe an upside-down frisbee, with an added, low railing and what's clearly seating.]
They hover, and you control direction by leaning where you want to go... it is recommended you sit down while riding one of these. Speed I've managed to add as a manual control toggle.
[It was, however, easier to make the control motion sensitive, even if that might make them slightly harder to control for the humans and/or other smaller organics that would need them.
He carefully puts the little disc back on the table beside him as he turns back to the feed.]
I only have seven of these for now, but I'm working on more, so ideally every temple that has at least an organic will get one first, then the Hub ought to have one, and then I can start giving them out to any who wants or needs one.
Locked to Four
I apologise for the time this took, but yours was tinier than the others, so they were all finished more or less at the same time.
[This time the little hover frisbee-like disc he presents have a little extra "frisbee" attached behind, much larger than the front one as well as two claw arms, one obviously meant to pick up anything that couldn't be made, or wasn't, magnetic, and the other one to pick up what the claw couldn't.]
I had to compromise between the size that would most fit you and how large the... ah, attachments could be and still make it reasonably easy to control. I hope it works.
Locked to Starscream
[Excuse him as he stares into the feed for a moment, then glances awayno, he's not squirming and back, shaking his helm.]
Starscream... I need to talk to you. In person.

Starscream... I need to talk to you. In person.
[Action]
... I, er. Well. [He'd waited to reply until Starscream came up to the door, not just because he was close but because... well, that had sort of surprised him.] There's no evidence yet there'd be negative side-effects.
[Because there's been no chance of getting said evidence yet.]
If we're supposed to get home sooner or later, something has to be done.
[It's not often Starscream so clearly expresses something like that, so it's a bit of a... surprise. He just shakes his helm and waits for Starscream to precede him inside. ]
[Action]
So you're in a rush to get back?
[Action]
On principle? Yes. Even if... we'd have to adjust. [He frowns then, because there's also several things that could happen; either they simply appear as they are, where they were, or the action of going back would remove anything that didn't belong in their own universe.]
There's of course the possibility that time moves anyway, even if we have indications from when individuals are taken from the same reality from different points in time that it doesn't. But if it does, we're several months too late.
[He gives Starscream a shrug, expression and voice collected.]
I admit that the one thing that makes me hesitate is this [Briefly, Jetfire reaches out to be able to brush a hand down the nearest of Starscream's wings.] especially given certain indications of what was going to happen in the next few minutes if time does not move again until we're back.
Either way, whether or not we choose to go back, there are others here that would make that choice, and to not attempt to help when I possibly can... [Shrugging, optics slightly dim, Jetfire goes to lean against a workbench inside the lab when they're actually in there.
There's actually a rather surprising, if simple, range of equipment present. Some of it clearly made by hand.]
[Action]
[Starscream does not like. It might be for slightly selfish reasons that he does not like this. But still. He huffs before wandering around the lab to poke at the random equipment.]
Speaking of stupidity, what is your great and grand master plan?
Going to go jump into the tear in space? I'm sure that'll end well.
[Action]
... Ah. [He automatically shakes his helm and then crosses his arms.]
Not precisely. But both I am Liege is hoping that the modifications he'll provide me with will make me able to go beyond immediate low orbit and close enough to the Lambda that I might be able to get proper scans of it.
[Probably stupidly, he's frowning at the floor as he's speaking, and doesn't start to look up until right at the end.]
There are risks, yes, but we should be able to account for them.
[Action]
[He tilts his head to the side and looks directly at Jetfire and considers his options.]
Too bad you're going to miss your plastic surgery appointment.
[Jetfire gets a direct blast from the null ray -- not strong enough to hurt him, of course -- but just enough to knock the idiot out. Because like slag he's letting Jetfire do something that stupid. He's then also going to stomp out and attempt to jam the lab door from the outside.]
[Action/video]
And it takes nearly a breem before Starscream gets a very sharply addressed video, since it took Jetfire a bit to not just get online again, but find out what the Seeker had done to the locks.]
Starscream... I can't... You---!
Open the door!
No.
[Short. Simple. And to the point.]
But no. Of course he does. It's Starscream.]
How does this solve anything? The modifications weren't going to happen today or tomorrow or even within a megacycle, Starscream, open the door!
[It's an effort not to just straight out bellow at Starscream as one of Jetfire's hands continually tighten into a fist and relax out of it, out of view.]
[AND GUESS WHAT? He's going to hang up.]
[action/not here]
:| You're going to regret this.]
