[ Saber knows what she's been told; she's aligned with some Vector (as is proven by the mark she carries), she came through something called the Lambda, and she has this device called the Link to speak to others. The king also realizes that she was told as little as possible.
She doesn't mind. Saber has been in situations like this before. With those times, she came with knowledge of her current environment and everything in it, so this is a bit more difficult. Saber also knows that this new, borrowed bedroom is way too large for her, and if it's meant for citizens, then she may be at quite a disadvantage. And none of this even touches on the first thing she noticed; she seems to have no Master, which will likely become an issue quickly. This is no Holy Grail War.
Despite all of this, the voice that sounds through the video is very composed. She managed to angle the device properly so that she is able to be seen from her shoulders up. There's silver armor just barely visible within the frame. The face displayed is very young and could be mistaken as boyish. Although her pitch of voice is feminine, the firmness and her manner of speaking is not so. ]

The Police force is the organism here that tries to maintain things at peace and take care of the problems that might occur. In my world there was a civil war that divided our people between Autobots and Decepticons it was a long, painful war but all that doesn't matter here most of us try to get along and maintain peace again.
The Elite Guard was like the Police Force in my world.
