[While he hasn't been overly social as of late--outside of hanging out with Blades here and there and fanboying over Prime, Smokescreen has been at least keeping tabs on everything. So he knows that things have been kind of weird.

And now he's worried because he hasn't heard from or seen certain individuals in awhile.]

Has anyone seen Prime--my Prime, the one from mine and Bulkhead's home? I haven't been able to track him down.

[And he's worried. Because he doesn't want to lose his ~~father figure~~ leader.]

Not that I don't think Optimus can't take care of himself or anything...I'm just wanted to report in. You all know how it goes, right?

[He fidgets a bit, doorwings drooping some as he glances over at the lake.]

...Bulkhead? Wheeljack? Cliffjumper? You guys alright too?

I am stable, Bulkhead. I did not intend to cause worry. I had picked up a signal from a Megatron of another universe, trying to attract those into a fight with him.

I hoped to deviate his ambitions.

[With Ratchet gone and only so many team members here, somebody has to look out for the leader.]

Yeah...I saw that signal too. Haven't heard anymore since, though.

I can only hope that it is not anything to be concerned about. Should we all become...what is to come, I highly doubt a gladiator tournament is the ideal choice for events just now.

Yeah, we have other things we need to worry about.

[Like the condition of you and others.]

Keep an eye on Smokescreen. He is still young and new to battle.

He wants so much to just snap at him, yell at him, for the responsibility he threw on Smokescreen. Despite the younger bots lack of experience. There's still an edge to his voice, despite his efforts to calm down.]

Then he shouldn't have the duty you've put on his shoulders. [Seriously, what were you thinking dumping that on him?]

Albeit, this isn't any easier on him either, and his feelings on the matter are starting to leak into his vocalizer again, replacing the anger. The prospect of having to kill his leader, family, is not one he likes. But...no, Optimus wouldn't want harm to be brought on others by himself.]

I apologize. I would never send Smokescreen to fight me alone.

[There's heavy regret in his voice.]

I could notify someone else, if you feel uncomfortable...

[He certainly wouldn't blame them.]

[He turns his head away from the screen for a moment, even if Optimus can't see it. He jerks back to it at the last bit though.]

[He gets it out before he can stop himself.]

No. It's...it's our duty. [His tone's turned as serious as it ever is. Frag it, where are you Arcee and Cliffjumper when they need you the most.] We might need backup, but I can contact people about that.

As long as you are capable. I would not wish to...harm you.

[Oh he was waiting for that.]

Where's Arcee and Cliffjumper and why haven't they reported in. [He's not the one that's supposed to be making plans. He just followed them. Or doesn't follow them in some cases.

There's a pause. Maybe he should talk to Wheeljack.]

I have not had contact with them either. Their communications seem to be blocked.

If that's the case...means Smokescreen and myself are the only from the team, that are still here.
