I'd thought...Tarn might have her. [There's a bad thought.] Because he's been here longer than he lets on. But. [He shakes his head.] He's, well, not subtle. If he had her, we'd know. [He both does and doesn't want confirmation about that theory. ]

Tarn's here. He wants Ambulon. He's going to want me. Megatron said he'd talk to him but... [A rueful shrug.] I think it'd be better if we have another plan if that doesn't, well, work.

We need to protect Ambulon. And whoever else he might be after. [On that note. ]... has anyone seen Ultra Magnus lately? [Then again, Ultra Magnus, of all of them, probably stood the best chance of beating Tarn. So, right, Drift, that was a stupid worry.]

But we need a solution. A real one. Killing him might be only temporary--we've seen the dead return here. So we need...science or something. Something to neutralize him. Because no one should have to live in fear.

We need information. We need scientists. Let me know what information we need to find out about him.

[pause] I don't think Tarn would take hostages. But I wouldn't put it past somebody - or something - else. However, if they wanted something from someone, wouldn't they have left a ransom or let us - or whomever they're seeking - know she's in their possession? If she has been abducted, her captor is either taking their time or, possibly, just interested in her alone.

I'd almost be inclined to say she disappeared like so many others before her, but...

[Yeah it really really doesn't take a geniuses to figure out that Tarn is really really bad news. Cheetor's miffed that he hasn't been able to help out as much as he'd like to, so he's definitely diving into this one.

[Tarn is a triple threat in Wing's mind, not only does he care about the individuals Tarn is threatening, but the Knight can't condone such use of violence and certainly not in the name of faction and some corrupt form of justice.]

Can anyone report on what we do know about his capabilities? Do we know of anyone who's fought him and survived?

I am trying to use the technology of my stasis cuffs to build a stasis container but I might need help.

[Ambulon is both really flattered and also sort of embarrassed]

I do hope we can gather a reasonable sized group to handle this task. Before you go on and start taking on all the responsibility.

Wing offered to share some self-defense techniques, and I've got Jetfire and Perceptor offering to provide me with weapons in case of emergency as well. [huff] Something I could handle, mind you. But that should at least ensure I'm relatively safe, giving you more time to take care of other matters.

Megatron told me he would speak to Tarn as well, about securing the safety of certain individuals, while focusing Tarn's interest on others. One of which I believe is Overlord. I'd say we'd be lucky if Tarn focused his energy on Overlord, biding us more time to think up something, but since he's incarcerated, I can imagine the police force will need our help.

If only I could figure out how that power of his works. It'd be wonderful if I could not only disable, but deflect it back.

What about Pharma? Perhaps if we were to interrogate Pharma, he may know something - anything.
