[ He's not really a communications mech. That wasn't his job. His job had always been to make the hard decisions, be the first one in there, the one to make the bold movements. He used comms only when necessary. ]

[ Grimlock obviously missed the memo about the whole rip in space-time and ancient Cybertron thing. To be fair, from the number of terrorpede corpses splattered around, seems like he's settled in okay. He picks up a foot, stomping on one of the still twitching corpses, splattering more goo everywhere. ]

Rrrgh. Bugs.

[ Arcee? ...No, that doesn't seem right. But seems like she definitely knows him. There's sort of an uncomfortable silence before he grumbles. ]

[No, not Arcee. If anything, Elita's helm is a lot... pointier. She feels somewhat bad for not having caught the differences fast enough to have made a more... neutral reply.]

There's a lot of other realities out there. [Temper tantrum or not, it wouldn't surprise her if he didn't listen at all to the Acolyte.] I know... the Grimlock where I'm from.

[And well. She'd been hoping, because his voice had been the same, so she'd let that get the better of her. She does her best to not be too visibly disheartened though. Missing friends is just something you have to deal with here.]

[ It's the pink. Grimlock's not holding grudges for mistaken identity, though. Mutual thing. But he's in a nasty mood. ]

Different realities. [ He sounds as interested as far as he can throw Omega Supreme. That's science stuff. Things Perceptor liked. Grimlock liked hard, tangible facts. The ones he can punch. ]

Like I said, none of the other Dinobots... [Wait, depending on things, they might not be called that. Elita shakes her helm.] Neither Snarl, Swoop, Sludge and Slag are present, any version.

We're currently infested by those mechanoid centipedes [A dip of her helm towards Grimlock, and the corpses around him while she taps off each thing she mentions on a finger.] but you have that in hand. We can't leave, yet, no one knows how.

[This was simple and straightforward, giving information was a thing she was well-used to do after all, especially to (well, a version of) this mech.]

[ Pink isn't exactly a common color and all. ]

Slag. [ Obviously since he mentioned it, it's rather distinct. ] Name is Slug.

[ He's pretty sick of insects. He remembers the insecticon swarm, chewing him apart while he was still online. He was blinded, cripple-- agonized. ]

[A shrug, and she spreads her hands.]

No idea. Seems as if it's merely by chance. I'm not sure if that'd help, but you weren't chosen for this, Grim-[Tiniest of hitch as she catches herself that she can't stop there. She needs to get this under control.]lock, none of us were, as far as we know.

[ He's calming down, just a little bit-- less likely to go homicidal and more likely to just be furious at the situation. Not much better, actually. ]

[ But there's that drive-- He needs to save the others. Or at least avenge them. But how? It's been ripped from his hands. ]

[At least merely 'furious' might bring some more focus, even if it just ends up being used on the bugs.]
