So theoretically speaking, what would you do if you, say, ran someone over with a tank and killed them?

[There's a reason the video isn't on. Shep is trying to keep it cool, and she's no stranger to killing things on purpose. But accidentally running over a raccoon that can talk while joy-riding in the junk pile... Maybe she could just pretend he was one of those pyjacks.]

People come back to life here, right? So he'll pop back up. Er, theoretically of course.

[She was currently squatting over a squashed raccoon body debating what to do with it.]

Ah. In my universe, that'd be called 'vehicular manslaughter'. I recommend speaking to the police. Even if whomever you ran over returns from the dead, best to report yourself just in case. [shrug] Don't know for sure, though; maybe it ain't a crime on this planet. Though you'd think with everyone turnin' into cars and tanks and planes, it would be.

I have to admit I'm not used to dealing with lower authorities anymore... Back where I'm from, the council that has the equivalent authority of the First Forged would scold me and that would be it. I'm not sure how I could take being actually questioned.

Well, for starters, don't try to resisting arrest and beating the police up when being questioned. That's always good. [chuckle] Either way, interesting - about your council. Got a federation who sort of runs most of my galaxy as well.
